Mike just left after cleaning our living room furniture, our staircase and the traffic areas upstairs. Mike is hard working, kind and thoughtful. He is a pleasant man who explains the process and he is so thorough. I was amazed and embarrassed at the dirt he got out of my rugs. His steam cleaning system is impressive. Mike is very organized, polite, friendly. I have a small, long haired dog and he got out dog hair embedded in the carpet that I did not see!

I requested a quote for area rug and sofa cleaning. He wanted to charge $400 for sofa and $300 for 8x10 rug… so $700 for 2 items to clean meanwhile other companies are charging a quarter of the price. Rip off.

Had a wet and dirty area rug, came back within a week and a half with it perfect delivered right to where I wanted it layed out. Can't recommend Mike enough!
