I had an old shower with separate hot and cold faucet handles. I wanted to replace the old faucet with a new posi-temp valve so the shower wouldn't go cold if someone used the water somewhere else in the house. Kimbel removed the old faucet and replaced it with the new valve. He did a great job and I didn't have to redo my entire shower. I highly recommend Kimbel.

Kimble is such as a nice guy, always on time, get the job done professionally and his price is most fair, I rely on him for all the plumbing works in my home

Kimbel came out to our modular home and roughed in all the plumbing for a new vanity, a new shower and moved our toilet over to accommodate a stand alone tub where our current shower is. Kimbel was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend him.

I hired Kimbel Donayre Plumbing today!! Excellent service punctual clean working quiet perfect job!!! I can't day enough about this company. I've kept his card and WILL DEFINITELY be calling only this company in the future. I am looking at installing a new dishwasher, I will be calling Kimbel Donayre again. I can't say enough about his service! 12 out of 10!!!!

Kimbel has helped me out a couple times, a backed up laundry tub and a leak under the kitchen sink. Both times he was very quick to identify and solve the problem, he’s knowledgeable and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend Kimbel Donayre Plumbing!

If I could give more than 5 stars then I would!!! Kimbel did an amazing job installing our sump pump and backup unit. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and vastly improved the existing configuration. He tested the system and cleaned up the area. His workmanship was impeccable. I would highly recommend to others.

In a recent rain storm our sump stopped working and I called All-Pro ! So happy I did as they immediately dispatched a tech who diagnosed the issue with one of the pumps and did the necessary repairs. Saved our basement from flooding. Thank-you again!

Company quoted me $1400 without even touching the toilet. Sent them away and called a local plumber and had everything fixed for $80.

Got their number thru somebody and used this company at a flip l just did in st catharines and they were great to deal with thru the whole process from the rough in to the finish installs of everything.They always answer the phone and sent the guys out when needed,was a pleasure and will use them again and recommend them,Good trades people sometimes hard to find.

Driving passed and cut off a fire truck responding to a call. If they act like this on the road, how are they on the job.

I had a small job the owner personally looked in to it and made it a success. A very practical and professional knowledgeable gentleman

The plumbers were ok. Most work was done well, with one shortcoming. The office team has no interest in having the issue corrected. We will have to pay for the work a second time, obviously with a different company. Until then, the toilet has no water supply. The bill was delayed, and then had only a total owing. We had to ask twice for a breakdown. The breakdown did not include hours billed as we requested. When we finally were given the breakdown, we were shocked that the hourly rate was $10 per hour more than agreed upon. We were also told "we bill everyone for travel time from our office to your property, and a lunch HOUR." No prior mention of this. This was for one partial day's work. No other plumber we've hired in this area charges for travel and breaks. Even if we counted the lunch hour and travel in the worst traffic ever seen in this area (which we shouldn't count), we are still paying for at least one hour extra, and at a rate higher than agreed! We were told to go to the office in person to pay the bill. I went during the hours specified many times, but the lights were always out, and no one ever answered the door. The phone would just ring and ring with no answer. The few times I got an answering machine, supposedly they never got the messages. We kept trying to pay as instructed, but were unable. Then all of a sudden we got a call saying they were sending us to collections! I was then told to give my credit card information to a person calling from a blocked number - which everyone knows is not wise due to identity theft. I asked if I would get a receipt showing the bill was paid in full, but was told that would only happen if I paid in person at their office. You know, the office I'd found empty time and again! Beyond frustrating. In over a decade of hiring trades, this is the worst experience we've had to date!

Called when our AC stopped working. Due to the temperature being over 30c All Pro fitted us in to their busy schedule.
Arriving right on time Dean was both polite helpful and professional.
Describing what he was doing and patient with my questions he fixed our AC with consideration for our home and comfort.
All Pro have been used by several of my neighbours, they are the only company we will use in the future.
