I’ve used All Pro several times for plumbing, heating and air conditioning. On all occasions, I’ve found them to meet all my needs and expectations, including: always arrive on time, everyone is friendly and courteous, they always answer all my questions and explain everything in easy-to-understand terms, the work was done to a high standard, they clean up after their work is completed, payment is easy and they accept e-transfers, which I like, for convenience. For all these reasons, they are the only company I use for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. I highly recommend this company.

Over the past 15 years I have hired this company on several occasions both my home and my office building for various issues that arise with older properties.

In my repeated experience with All Pro At I have found all of the technicians who came to my home or office to be competent, professional and courteous.

It has been surprising and refreshing to find polite, competent workers in the construction trades.

Nobody is perfect and I'm sure that applies to the folks at All Pro but I can say with certainty that all of my experiences over the past 15 years were positive !!

Do not use All-Pro if you expect accountability. I contacted the builder of my home who requested that a representative from All-Pro attend my home after my sump pump alarm repeatedly activated for no apparent reason. All-Pro installed the sump pump equipment and alarm (in addition to other HVAC equipment) originally when my home was built. All-Pro arranged to have a plumber inspect the alarm and informed me that the backup battery was the issue and needed to be replaced. I replaced the battery myself at a cost of $320.00 but the alarm continued to activate. I informed All-Pro that their representative had misdiagmosed the problem and requested they take responsibility and reinspect the alarm. These requests were refused.

Called All-Pro Plumbing to get my mothers air conditioner and furnace fixed. Super responsive and finished when they said the job would get done. Dean and his crew were very professional. Office staff we great to deal with and very supportive. I have used All-Pro for other plumbing services and they stand behind their work. If you want to choose a company to trust for your plumbing needs by far this is the place. I will continue to use All-pro plumbing and recommend them to my family and friends if ever needed in the future. This company does NOT stand behind their products. A brand new home where they installed all the HVAC, vents and duckwork has had constant problems. An additional 2000.00 in repairs. Please find another company that is ethical and stand behind their product.

Dane Spooner did amazing job renovating bathroom in our old house in Niagara Falls. He was very creative to solve technical problems, taking into consideration old wooden structure of the house, demonstrated high level of customer service. Dane Installed a new shower, toilet, updated old kitchen countertop and new sink, replaced some of old valves. All works were done in time. We were happy to pay absolutely reasonable price for his services. We would like to recommend Dane Spooner Plumbing Inc. as a right choice for the projects.
