I recently contacted Calcon Plumbing to repair a drain pipe water leak. Mark answered the inquiry promptly and then dropped by the same day to inspect. My home has plastered walls which makes it difficult to determine the actual leak location. I was reluctant to start making holes to find the leak. Mark drilled a few tiny holes and inserted a small camera to determine where the actual leak was located. He then cut out the plaster and replaced the cracked ABS drain. I was surprised in a good way of the repair bil amount.

Staff is friendly, they provide all the info you need in a very professional way, give the best advice you need. Highly recommend this place for your next plumbing related projects or for AC and heating as well.

Stopped in yesterday for a wax seal and flange for a toilet installation. Staff was friendly and they had what I needed, very nice place with great prices.

Litterly just called on Christmas eve and they showed up within a few hours and took care of the issue really quick. The two workers that came into the house were very friendly and professional would recommend them again.

After getting the run around from a different company Metro Plumbing came the next morning after being called. Mike and Mike Jr. Came in and saved the day. Even a original claw foot tub faucet

I drove to multiple hardware and specialty stores in St Catherines and Niagara Falls looking for a cartridge to repair a leaking tap. My last stop was Metro Plumbing. As soon as I showed the person behind the counter what I needed she immediately pulled it from the shelf behind her. Will definitely come here for my next plumbing repair.
