Had some pipe work done in the house. Removed the old and replaced with the new. Mike and his apprentice were extremely professional and I appreciated the respect they had inside the house while working. All staff in the store were fantastic! Great Job, and would definitely call on Mike again. Highly recommend.

Receptionist is not friendly, hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation.

Metro Plumbing is great! They’ve done numerous things for me including installing a tankless water heater, to fixing my furnace. The best part, they aren’t pushy sales people. You can trust what they say.

We have had to use Metro several times over the last few years. They installed our sump pump and moved the basement clean out, replaced some older leaking pipes and a leaking drain, repaired a toilet issue that another plumber told us was not a problem. They are always quick to come out and to make repairs. They are reasonably priced and always professional. Highly recommend!

The gentleman that helped me last week went over and above on the phone and in person to help me understand what I needed. I have used Metro Plumbing various times since owning my home. They are always punctual, the employees are professional and friendly and the office employees are great as well. They conduct business in an ethical manner and respond to any issues with integrity.

Previously we had the city snake to remove roots in the sewer line out to our front yard due to a downstairs toilet not always flushing. While they cleared roots we soon began experiencing the same problem. I contacted another company who sent out a fellow who needed a manager to provide a cost to snake the line. They quoted me $2,200 for a Hydrojet clearing or $1,200 to snake the line. Totally outrageous!! I then contacted Metro who quoted a much lower and reasonable price. They sent out two very pleasant professional plumbers the next morning who cleared more roots and ensured the line was fully cleared before leaving. I highly recommend Metro!

Maybe they're good plumbers but watch out because they will literally run you off the road (and then flip you off) while they're headed to a job.

Had issue with sink not really plumbing issue but couldnt get anyone to fix. Frank and his son came out and fixed as well as our outside tap. Went above and beyond for us. Will always recommend Metro

I am very pleased with metro plumbing and their quick response to my toilet problem, which needed immediate attention. They also had great customer service with the plumbers and the secretary. I would recommend calling Metro, which has been around since the 70s.

I've used Metro Plumbing for several jobs now, and they're the first place I call when I need work done. They're reliable, on time, professional and courteous.

More than that I find that they're far more knowledgeable about their work than any other plumbing company I've used. They're good at assessing a situation, coming up with a solution, and telling you about it in a way that's easy to understand.

They've also been great at flagging any issues that will need fixing in future (previous homeowner seemed to like to DIY some plumbing).

They clean up after themselves and even go above and beyond what's required.

I have dealt with Metro exclusively for a few years at this point, most recently for the installation of a new tub. The process was complicated due to the configuration of the plumbing infrastructure in my townhouse complex, and Metro handled it like the pros they are. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The toilet kept running after every flush and I realized it needed a toilet repair. The plumber replaced the worn part inside the tank and adjusted it. Now it flushes properly and hasn’t run continuously since.

I went down to the basement and found water on the floor from a pipe burst in the basement. The plumber arrived, replaced the damaged section of pipe, and made sure there were no more leaks. The area was dry within a few hours.

The kitchen faucet repair was needed after the handle became loose and water started dripping constantly. The plumber replaced the worn parts and made sure the faucet moved smoothly. After testing it multiple times, the dripping stopped completely, and the handle feels secure again.

My kitchen sink stopped draining while I was preparing dinner, and water just kept pooling in the bottom. I called Niagara Falls Plumbing and Sewer, and they arrived the same day. They found a stubborn clog, cleared it completely, and tested the sink several times. Now it drains fast, and I can finally use it without worrying about backups.
