Just don't. My experience with this company was painful from the get-go. They were unresponsive, unethical, with no customer follow-up or consideration. I could go on and on. Beware. They will tell you anything you want to hear, and then totally disregard it all. I can't express it enough...stay away from Centennial Construction. We had to file multiple complaints against them.

Being a first time home buyer and owning a home was always been a dream which got fulfilled by Centennial Construction. I became a die hard fan of their pro active approach towards the design of the home, it’s interior, furnishings just to name a few. When I need help with Centennial Construction team, Cassandra helped and arranged a meeting between Domenic and me right in the morning on Monday, which was quickly responsed and arranged, very professional and willing to help. Then I was impressed by Domenic's professional and helpful suggestions and sollutions, he is very nice and cooperative. I was hired last year to secure one of his facilities in Welland Ontario my security company tried my best we put in 1050% but no security company is perfect we had glitches starting out and just recently we both decided it was time to go our separate ways.

Centennial homes is an exceptionally great builder. They deliver on their promise of superior workmanship and do not cut corners. We were so happy with the end product of our home. The finishes were not like other cookie cutter builders. The administrative team was also helpful throughout the process of our Preconstruction purchase. I would recommend this builder to family and friends.

Where do I even start? Working with Centennial Construction has been an incredible experience. Even though we closed a bit later than expected, they were patient and gave us all the time we needed to finalize our financing without any pressure. After closing, we had a few customer service requests, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally they were handled. I've dealt with other builders before, and none have matched this level of responsiveness.
