Thank you Centennial Construction for building our custom home. I really recommend this company because of their professionalism and responsibility. They provide very good customer service.

Due to the heavy equipment they were using not only around my property on the road but in my driveway which I was not notified about the foundation in my bathroom has cracked and is rising it looks like I have a Volcano for a floor in the bathroom and they refuse to user insurance to cover the cost to get it fixed. meanwhile they had someone come in beforehand take pictures of any structural damage and there was clearly no damage where there is now. They also worked one night from quarter to 11 at night until quarter to 6 in the morning so that they didn't have to come in on the Friday. kept us up all night the whole neighbourhood.

Cenntennial Construction are a fantastic group to work with. Antony is very kind person and has been honest with me from the get go. Centennial supervisors are very laid bak and works with you to solve problems and have a very high level of trust in you.

We purchased a home from Centennial Contruction builder and they walk us through the whole process from initial signing to the closing. it was soo soo smooth process. I highly recommend to everyone. They do have current new projects where you can call them and book your dream home. Cheers.

I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by all staff members at Centennial Construction. THe workmanship and level of quality on their home construction is exemplary in all areas.
I would definitely recommend Centennial Construction to anyone requiring any construction needs.

If you like dealing with a douche look no further. Get EVERYTHING in writing and be sure to check parts numbers on invoices vs actual items cause things magically change from what was ordered to what they get you to sign off on. Expect some long delays as well due to lack of sub contractors who refuse to work for them anymore. I have yet to talk a single one that worked on my house that had anything positive to say about this company and all had the same horror stories about getting paid for their work which is ironic considering I was forced to put up over 75% of the total cost of my house before they even broke ground. In the end; at least I got my house but I have feeling there will be a few families that aren't so lucky down the road.

Very disrespectful staff with no value in customer service. Recently bought a lot and tried to reach out to Cassandra, who talks down to you in her emails. Communication skills from her lack any empathy or value.

During these unprecedented times, a company should be accessible via phone if not in person. Have attempted to reach out with no response and being left in the dark.

I hope the quality of work for the construction of property will justify me working with this company, but from a customer service perspective this has been a dreadful experience

My family recently purchased a home from Centennial Construction & Contracting in Niagara Falls - and we wanted to stop by to say that we were impressed with how clean and current all the details were in the home. We are thoroughly impressed by their ability to deliver what is expected.

One star review because this company is extremely unprofessional and their work leaves much to be desired. My girlfriend and I are moving into a brand new house and have found a multitude of issues from cracks in ceilings and walls, doors not being properly secured, door stops with plates attached to walls but no door stopper attached to the plate, a back deck that just drops into the yard (didn't bother to attach stairs for some reason) and when they scheduled an appointment with me to address the issues (i live 4 hours away and across the US border) they had the nerve to not show up, not answer or return any phone calls from myself or the landlord and today the smoke detectors have been randomly going off all day long!!

If you're gonna build something, find real professionals. Alex and his crew are highly unprofessional, shoddy workers (can't in all good conscience call them craftsmen) and will leave you disappointed
