The receiver here. Well he,s a good guy fast and efficient. Mask are mandatory and social distancing measures are in place.

Bad Customer Service, it takes 2 months to solve an RMA that occured from an IAC's employee's mistake. We had problems we 3 orders out of 5 with them.

Does anyone work at IAC Associates?

I placed an order in July and was told it would take 4 weeks to be MFG'd in Germany. It is now September still haven't received the item, and have called and emailed about the order and get no-reply....

All phone numbers just ring and ring, no voice mail, nobody picks up.
All emails NEVER get answered.

How can I cancel the order if nobody will pick-up the phone or reply to an email??
