I was loyal to the electrical store that I completed my co-op at. Lately the service that I received at the competitor was less than desirable. Any questions asked resulted in, "I don't know, I'm not an electrician." Upon going to Parrline, I was greeted and treated with much respect. Questions were answered before I even knew I had a question. Very welcoming, spoke slower so I could understand and so willing to help. Whether I'm a licensed electrician or not, I expect to be treated with respect and Parrline is where that happens!

Like all the other reviews say, these guys go out of the way to make sure you buy exactly what you need and answer any questions you have. They never rush you out the door and have competitive prices and a large inventory. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Five stars isn't enough.

These guys are ALL great. They will answer all your questions and recommend to you what you need for your project. Heck they even talked me out of buy more expensive wire by telling me it's really not needed. Seems like they enjoy the diy crowd as well .
