The service I received from Complete Plumbing was simply amazing. Courteous, respectful of my animals and very efficient. This company is terrific. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Just be prepared: they came 1.5 hours earlier than the appointment slot, were here for about 15 minutes, changed the cartridge and set screw and the total was $224 for labour and $20 part. Their minimum charge is $179 just to come to your house to begin with even if nothing is fixed.

However guy was very nice and professional and the problem was fixed.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. 700$ for 45 minutes job. Will NEVER EVER recommand.

Complete Plumbing reacted promptly, efficiently and with the utmost professionalism and honesty when I required bathroom installations and renovations completed prior to my return from an accident related hospitalization. I am beyond pleased with the fixture selection, the workmanship and the price. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending complete plumbing.

Could not repair the drain problem with the kitchen sink , still had to pay over $200.00 , left a mess , the plumbing under the sink was dripping water. Had another plumber come in who in turn solved the issue using the exact equipment and even repaired the leak . Called the company to voice my displeasure and was told someone will call me to address my concerns (which no one did) they actually left some of their equipment at my house which I called to let them know , someone came by the next day to pick it up without even a thank you

I had a pipe leak caused by the city of St. Catharines. The city said I would have to get a plumber to fix it and they would repair it. I called Complete Plumbing and explained my situation. The receptionist was very pleasant and understood my situation. She said she would see if someone was available and call me back. She called back immediately and someone would be here at 4:00. At 4:00 a very friendly young man came and checked out the problem. He said it was a simple fix. He went and got the part and was back in 5 min. Within 5 minutes he had it fixed. He said there would be no charge that the part was only $4. I was amazed. It showed me how reliable and honest Complete Plumbing is. They knew the city was willing to pay for it but also knew what I would have to do to get the refund. I highly recommend Complete Plumbing. Thank you so much. Sue Gibson.

I called Complete Plumbing today in a panic as my kitchen sink was plugged and leaking out from the pipes underneath - other companies were giving me time slots days away which was not practical at all - thankfully Complete Plumbing came to the rescue!

Isaac arrived shortly after I called - he was kind, efficient and fixed everything.

Excellent service! Our home septic system backed up resulting in no functioning toilets, sinks or showers, so after googling a bit I came upon Complete Plumbing. To summarize, Jamie spent the better part of a day troubleshooting, locating, repairing and resolving a broken septic pipe beneath our outdoor deck. He maintained a calm, tireless demeanour throughout the process on a day of record-breaking heat and in less than ideal working conditions.
We strongly recommend CP and team; they were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and tenacious.

Complete Plumbing is definitely who to call for your plumbing needs. My plumbing problem required a difficult replacement part to acquire. Not only did they steer me in the right direction for a warranty replacement, but their office team and technicians were very kind, helpful, courteous and efficient.

Ethan and Kyle came to my house to deal with a plumbing emergency and arrived less than an hour after I called in. They were extremely professional and took care of the issue very quickly! Excellent service, will definitely use them again!

Our shower faucet failed on a Saturday morning and could not be shut off. We had to turn off the water for the whole house. Complete Plumbing responded within an hour and Kyle attended, diagnosed and fixed the faulty cartridge. We were most appreciative of the courteous and prompt service. I wish I could give Complete Plumbing 10/5.
I had an issue with one piece shower and called another firm that recommended ripping everything off.
Then I called Complete plumbing. JC came on site on the weekend, he identified that the issue was the seal and solved it.
There is no more leaking.
I will need to get their membership on Monday

Absolutely fantastic, Julian came to my home and fixed the problem we were having with our sump pump. He did a great job and finished very quickly. I will be calling Complete Plumbing again.
