Not at all impressed!
The only good thing was arrival in the time slot the office gave me. Guy never introduced himself. Was having an issue with leaky outdoor faucet. He looked at it turned it on, turned it off and said I was not closing the valve enough. Wasn't leaking at the time. 6 hours later there's a puddle in my driveway!
I will never use this business again for any of my plumbing needs.

We just had Julien do a service call for us for a blocked line. He was on-time, very friendly and professional! He was quick to fix our problem and give suggestions to avoid future issues. Will definitely call again if we ever have any plumbing issues.

Julian was awesome! He came to our house quickly and removed our broken garburator. He replaced the pipe and we are so glad that he knew what he was doing. What a great guy, very knowledgeable and worked quickly.

I had Julian come out to our house today to repair the seals and drain on my jetted bathtub, and to install a new shower head,he was very knowledgeable and precise, he got the job done properly and in a timely manner, I really appreciate the time he took to inspect and assess what exactly needed to be done! Our 21 year old hot water tank gave up on us Wednesday and I called a few companies. Complete Plumbing responded immediately. They had a tech here within a few hours and a new tank installed by Friday morning. The office staff was very helpful and the technicians Julian & Ethan were professional courteous they left the area clean and they were nice to our dogs too. I would definitely recommend Complete Plumbing

Was open in the evening. Came out immediately(within an hour). Called us back after leaving a message pretty quickly and took on a job a number of other places would not. Kyle who was here and the staff spoken over the phone were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We've had J.C. come out several times for clog issues, etc., and each time he finds the problem and gets the job done quick and painlessly! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff - highly recommend calling them for all of your plumbing needs!

We have used this company several times and they have always provided us with an amazing customer service. Their team is so organized, professional and pleasant. Just recently we had a problem with our SUMP PUMP and a technician arrived within an hour.

Our sump pump had unexpectantly failed. We contacted Complete Plumbing and from start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with them. Ethan arrived and explained thoroughly the procedure and what was going to take place. He answered all of our questions and concerns professionally and courteously. The sump pump was replaced and the job site was left in a clean state.

From the call to book a plumber thru Crystal to the plumber(s) showing up & completing the job(s), our experience was excellent . Julian was courteous & professional.

Absolutely impressed!! Called, was given a same day appointment time and Julian arrived before the scheduled time! He was kind, polite and did a great job from start to finish! Hopefully, we don't need their services again, but they will be my first call if we do!!

December 23rd, 2024, an absolute nightmare happened in my basement in the dead of winter when my 60 year old clay pipes collapsed causing a complete backup and flooded my basement. The crew at Complete Plumbing and Contracting came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and we knew it was going to be a big job. The crew came back even though it was in the middle of Christmas holidays and worked tirelessly for days and long hours and jackhammered the floor, replaced the pipes, and ensured that we had access to all the amenities to salvage Christmas for my family.

I couldn't say enough about Evan MacDonald and his guys. A 5 star review doesn't do it justice. Thank you gents.

These guys are total pro's!!!!! I had a cracked kitchen drain that runs under my house through an almost inaccessible crawl space. I called Complete and they sent Julian that same day. He was knowledgeable and pinpointed the problem quickly. It was late in the day and they sent Kyle first thing the very next business day. Kyle got to work and fixed the problem and also helped clean up some of the collateral mess from the leak. This was not part of his job he went above and beyond. Cleaned everything up and we are back in business. 10 out of 10 would recommend Complete Plumbing. Great job guys, thank you very much!

Amazing service, awesome techs and the best rates! Thoroughly appreciate using this company! Kyle and Ethan did an excellent job getting us out of a mess with multiple major commercial flat roof leaks in a very timely manner during extremely cold weather conditions with obscured and completly frozen drain pipes. I can't believe they fixed the problem :)

I first met Julian when he came to quote on a future kitchen renovation project. He accommodated my schedule and came early morning. I hadn’t anticipated starting the project so early but we decided to get it done. Complete Plumbing & Contracting were able to fit me in their schedule so that the project timeline was met. Julian did a terrific job for me and he cleaned up as he went along. He made sure that I was satisfied when the work was done and we discussed next steps. I look forward to working with Julian again.

we started a simple toilet install ourselves when the shut off valve started leaking. oh oh call the plumber. we like the fact that Complete Plumbing is local and they got here the next day.
In an older house things are not always simple or easy. the pipe was an unusual size and threaded. the words you don't want to hear
" never seen one like this before" but he had a few plumber tricks up his sleeve. that's what you get with experience. and so after trying a few things an adapter was added and there it is. perfect. great customer service. I recommend Complete Plumbing and I will call them again for any of my future plumbing needs. Thanks.
