Update: Two years later and we had another issue with our AC. We called Performance again and had another great experience. They came out same day and fixed it in 15 minutes for a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Performance.

Original: My AC stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. I called in the morning and was told they were scheduling for the next morning, but that they would try to squeeze me in same day if they could. Carlo was at my house about an hour after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown condenser motor. He located a replacement part and said Scott would be by later that afternoon to install. Scott came by about an hour and a half later and installed the new motor. Everything is running smoothly now. Both Carlo and Scott were quick and professional, and the repair cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic!!! I’ve never had service like this. Right from the initial contact to the completed job … polite, knowledgeable, quick service that kept me in the loop every step of the way. I had the absolute pleasure to have this company come in when my AC went out. Chad came in and was informative and honest. My 20 yr old unit was shot and I decided to stay with them and get a replacement. I had a new unit installed by Scott who was prompt and on time within 2 days. The work was completed quickly and they left no mess! Awesome Company and great workers! Please if you see this, call them for their services.

These guys are reliable, respectful, easy to work with and they get the job done! Have had them doing boiler and radiator heating related install and maintenance for years and also got their help servicing an old heat pump/inverter we had until it broke. They were then very helpful in helping us make a better plan for heating and cooling in our house and we recently hired them to add an air handler/cooling unit in our attic that will bring cool air right into all our upstairs bedrooms all summer! so long ancient and ineffective fans blowing stale warm air on us! hello icy fresh winds of change! hire these guys you won't regret it!

I called performance to get my ac looked at and was scheduled in quickly. Chad had come and fixed the problem right away. While he was here i had a sound in my furnace that he listened to as well.
I called to book a service for cleaning my furnace and again i was booked in within a few days. Chad had come again to do the maintenance on the furnace and again he was very professional and friendly. My ac is working perfectly and is now so quiet.

After the service I received a call from the owner carlo just to do a follow up and make sure everything went well and was working correctly. Great customer service. I highly recommend performance for your future ac and heating needs.

Great experience! Chad was great and very knowledgeable. They came the same day for our furnace. Told us our furnace was in good shape but that we would need to replace our control board. They called around to suppliers and gave us a quote for the part which was half the price quoted by Reliance who told us "At that price you might as well replace your furance." No up sale, just an honest conversation. Same day replacement. Couldn't be happier!

Had Scott out during the winter for a heating issue and he got parts ordered and fixed quickly! But now the summer heat wave came and the furnace was leaking condensation from the AC coil. Once again, Scott came out and fixed it up first visit! In and out in under an hour! Thanks again guys!

Performance H&A Inc. is the best I've found with the most advanced service confirmation and follow-up of any company I've dealt with. Time, date and work scheduled is sent as an email, along with a pix of the tech person who will arrive. With this company, everything runs as it should; billing is precise, accurate and very very fair. Confirmation of work done is followed up and best of all, the tech service guys all answer every question presented with no hesitation, questions are welcomed, and they take the time to ensure the customer understands the equipment and how it's running. I know the furnace, the HRV system, and both gas fireplaces are cleaned and safe, they knowledge-base is extremely broad. This should be the model for all companies.

Every now and then, you meet somebody who is exceptional at their job - they are not just doing the bare minimum, instead they go above and beyond, and their passion for their job shines in every aspect of their work. Chad was one of those rare people. I first contacted this company about a routine furnace/AC check and was offered an appointment the next day. He showed up several minutes early, and his expertise and professionalism was evident from the get go. First, he asked if I had any concerns with our heating and cooling, then he invited me to join him for the inspection. He explained each step he was doing, and also taught me valuable tips along the way. He was very thorough with his work and refreshingly honest about teaching me to do some of the maintenance myself to prevent future problems. He also explained that the AC unit which was installed a few years ago had a circulating fan setting that was never turned on - a fact that ServiceExperts never told us. At the end, he charged me less than the original quote because my furnace was in good condition and did not require any work. And unlike the previous technicians from ServiceExperts, not once did he try to sell any kind of annual "maintenance plan". We've had many different folks doing various work on the house over the years, and Chad's knowledge and honesty puts him heads and shoulders above the rest. This review was not solicited - and I don't normally write reviews either - but I am writing this to say thank you and to let everyone know that you are in good hands with this gentleman.

Codie and Tyler were very punctual and arrived within the time frame given. Both were very professional and completed a new gas stove install in approximately an hour. Very happy with their service.
