NOT RELIABLE. I GOT AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE, NO ONE SHOWED UP NOT EVEN CALLED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL.

Called for a quote first call they hung up. Second call they have no tecks avalable to do the job for weeks. So not inpressed.

Called me an made a appointment, couldn’t get a straight answer from them on the phone if they had the parts to fix it.
then they didn’t show up or give me a call to let me know that they are not coming and will not be coming as I took the day off work and waited around all day for them to not use them unreliable go with somebody like Lincoln appliance

Called for a burning smell in my washing machine I thought it was the belt. He did not perform a full diagnosis and said there was no smell was charged $85. Still having the same issue when I called back we got into an argument I was hung up on and was told it could be the motor even though I asked him that when he was here that day. Refuses to come to do it properly.

Asked up front how much to just come look at my washer. Was told they needed all my info first. Gave all my info still didn't get the quote was asked 100 more questions only told be told after 20 mins of just asking for a quote. That it would be 85 bucks just to have buddy come look. Even if he didn't do anything at all....asked so even if buddy comes out and it turns out to be say.... ots unplugged you get charged 85 bucks.....

Very bad service, they booked me an appointment and they never showed up twice then they blocked my number. Kids over there. Man up and handle ur business

Very nice guy but do your homework before calling. He was told the issue with our refrigerator yet didn't bring any of the tools needed to give a proper diagnostic. Found out later that there were simple things that could have been done to determine the issue. Pressure gauges etc. Waste of time and money. We could have guessed ourselves like he did.

Quick response, arrived on time, efficient and effective work on our Kitchenaid refrigerator. Fair pricing. Definitely a recommend.
