NOT RELIABLE. I GOT AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE, NO ONE SHOWED UP NOT EVEN CALLED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL.
Called for a quote first call they hung up. Second call they have no tecks avalable to do the job for weeks. So not inpressed.
Called me an made a appointment, couldn’t get a straight answer from them on the phone if they had the parts to fix it. then they didn’t show up or give me a call to let me know that they are not coming and will not be coming as I took the day off work and waited around all day for them to not use them unreliable go with somebody like Lincoln appliance
Called for a burning smell in my washing machine I thought it was the belt. He did not perform a full diagnosis and said there was no smell was charged $85. Still having the same issue when I called back we got into an argument I was hung up on and was told it could be the motor even though I asked him that when he was here that day. Refuses to come to do it properly.
