Shorthills Tree Service provided exceptional and professional services. The first time I hired them for a job through the business I work for. They were so good I used them again for work at my house. I was not sure they would do such a simple small job, but they did and the quote was very reasonable, and the work was done in a super timely manner. They removed all waste, and left almost no trace. Not only were they courteous, they walked us through what they were doing and how they were going to tackle this large tree. They did an amazing job with speed, skill and the place looks like they were not even here! They cleaned everything up from the road to the house! I couldn’t believe the care ans detail with even levelling the stump area so the front of the house still looked great. They were simply amazing

We would give TEN STARS for the service we received from Shorthills Tree Services. We had a number of trees that needed to be trimmed or cut down and received a reasonable and fair estimate from Brian. Then we had a slew of young men arrive who were like busy bees on our property. Everyone was working on a different project and completed the project to our satisfaction. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, safety-conscious and efficient. We would not hesitate to have them return or to recommend them to anyone.

The workers were very pleasant and they did an excellent job. My highest recommendations.

Just a word of thanks and endorsement. Brian and his team were sent to remove one tree and trim back another on our property in April. The guys did a great job. They were courteous and easy to engage and they left our lawn very tidy afterwards. Considering the tight confines they had to work in, I think they did an awesome job and would recommend them.

We have to give high praise to Shorthills Tree Service in Fonthill. They came and took care of the part of our tree that fell in the storm right before Christmas. The crew was professional, polite, and they cleaned up everything so it didn't even look like there was any tree that fell at all. Trevor is not only very professional, but he is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. We learned a lot about trees we didn't even know. He and his team were just great. We would highly recommend Shorthills Tree Service, for anyone that needs a highly skilled arborist and team to look after their trees.

This is the second time we have used Shorthills Tree Service and it has been such a positive experience from start to finish.
The service starts with the owner coming out to give an estimate. This was done in a timely manner and
exactly what was going to be done was clearly articulated. On the day of service a crew of 6 arrived promptly and got right down to pruning our huge spruce trees. While the pruning was taking place, there was a team member who explained what was happening and what to expect along the way. It was clear that it was important to them that their work met our expectations, Everything was cleaned up thoroughly.
It was a great job start to finish. We have no hesitation recommending Shorthills Tree Service!!

Have used Shorthills Tree Service 3 or 4 times now, I believe. Every time the guys are professional, do a good job, and clean up like no one was even there; and, the estimate and the invoice are always the same. Can't recommend them enough.

The professional, knowledge, attention to detail this team showed went above and beyond! We have a home on Lake Erie , with a very overgrown, old Asian Elm tree. The tree was bending towards the home and was quite dangerous. The team could not get any large equipment through to access the tree. Hayden took on the task of climbing the tree and cutting and lowering the branches one by one. There was alot of windows, decking and rock gardens surrounding the job. Trevor the manager of the crew was on point the entire exhausting day , not just working along side , but leading by his hard work ethic. No damage occured whatsoever, they cleared all the mess, removed 3 trees in total and trimmed back our Maple that was overhanging our roof ! Job well done boys, the only company we will ever use in the future and that we will refer !

Had two large trees to remove, the boys arrived on time, amazed at how quickly they get the trees down and cleaned up . Everyone was very friendly and good at what they do. Would not hesitate

Not only was Shorthills Tree Service the most competitive quote for removal of a very large tree in our front lawn, but the service was very professional, and both Brian and Trevor were an absolute joy to work with. The team on site - led by Trevor – the day of tree removal (including grinding of the stump) did the work quickly, safely, and cleanup was fantastic – with no damage to any of the plants within the garden where the very large tree was. As well, Trevor was happy to coordinate with my friend who does woodwork - and cut the tree trunk down in one piece and load it onto my friend's transport so the tree could have a new life as a beautiful dining or boardroom table :) Shorthills Tree Services will definitely be my go to for future tree services and I highly recommend Trevor and the team for all your tree care needs.

I had shorthills tree service remove a large poplar from my backyard. It was in a tight spot requiring access to my neighbours yard. The team was courteous, tidy, timely and very professional. All in, a great experience for a great price. Thanks

Thanks to Trevor and crew from Shorthills Tree Service! They just skillfully removed a large limb from our Linden tree that had fallen last night and was straddling our new fence. They were able to remove it quickly this morning without damaging the fence or anything around it for a very reasonable fee. Excellent!

From my property this past week, Shorthills Tree Service removed two large trees, cabled two other trees, trimmed some branches and skillfully trimmed and shaped a large, mature yew. The crew worked well under the direction of Trevor, the lead foreman and assistant manager. The team was not only knowledgeable and skilled but also respectful and friendly. They arrived on time each day; and they took care not to damage the gardens, shrubs and plantings. The cleanup was remarkable - almost as if they hadn't been there. It is clearly evident that these professionals take pride in their work and enjoy what they do. The owner, Brian, is personable and ensured they came in according to their reasonable quote. They were very responsive to my inquiry, highly knowledgeable when they came to give me a quote in person, and were punctual on the day we scheduled the removal.
