They rewired my house, removing all the knob and tube and you couldn't tell. Other electricians had warned me about the damage to walls, but Prime did it, hardly and damage and they cleaned up everything. I recommend them to anyone!

Excellent Service in Windsor. Unlike the other electrical company that they would find the way to over-charge your money, and may get a surprise bill. Anyway, Prime is a one and only reliable + worry free electricians to me so far.

Excellent service! Power line was knocked down. They were the only electrical contractor to show up and help us when we needed it. Nelson was very professional and showed up when he said he would. Prices were good to!

I had an issue on a Friday afternoon, they had someone available when everyone else only had appointments for the next week. Within (2) hours of calling them my house was back in perfect working condition and peace of mind restored. I can't say they will always have someone on hand but for me I am a returning customer. Just hoping I don't have many problems that need electricians ;)

They completed an electrical panel upgrade for me on time , the management and execution of the work by Nelson was excellent. I am a very happy customer and will be using them for any other electrical work!

I am beyond happy with the service I received from this company. Nelson and his crew were extremely kind and courteous. They made sure every last detail of the job was done and to my satisfaction. Will be using them for future work.

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. I had a fairly big job that needed to be done. I called Prime and had to leave a voicemail. An entire week passed with no return call. So I called a second time. I spoke to a lady who apologized right away for not returning my call and said she'd have her technician get ahold of me. Within 20 minutes, a supervisor from Prime called to say he'd come by to quote it out that afternoon. By 4:45, he still had not shown up. So I called his cell back and left a voice mail saying I was headed home for the day but I still had staff there for another 2 hours he was more than welcome to come by and they could show him the job. I also offered Thursday or Friday afternoon as availability as well. Unfortunately he never responded to my phone call. Nor did he show up that evening or Thursday or Friday.
I gave it the weekend and still did not hear from anybody. I called the main office and their voicemail said it was full and could not take any more messages.
I called 2 days later and again I had to leave a voicemail explaining what had happened.
I asked if they were still interested in the job.
That was over 2 weeks ago, and I still have not gotten a reply. I ended up hiring Bell Electrical and couldn't have been happier.
Call Bell if you actually want great work done by a professional computer.

Unfortunately I can not reply to your response. However, I have NEVER used prime electrical in the past. With that said, I have also never used any electrical company until this job. Therefore I do not have an unpaid bill with your company. So there was no reason to ignore or even treat anyone the way I was treated..... and if I had an unpaid bill. You as a company would have taken action to get your invoice paid. You wouldn't have just let it go. So everything you've claimed is just in reaction to my negative review. I'm sorry you are unhappy with it. But I tried several times to give your company the benefit of the doubt.

I have used Prime Electric on 2 separate occasions over the past 2 months.

On both occasions, they were fantastic to deal with. Patient with my questions and in understanding the issues I needed help with, got me scheduled within 2 business days to come onsite, right on time for appointment and completed the work to a high quality and within the time they estimated for the job.

On the 2nd occasion, I also needed an electrical safety inspection done to satisfy insurance company requirements. They did a great job getting that inspection done, remediating a few things (that were perfectly reasonable and in line with expectations) and issuing a safety certification letter the very next day.

I highly recommend Prime Electric for anyone needing prompt & quality electrical services.

Michelle and her apprentices did an amazing job. From troubleshooting electrical issues, problem solving for the jobs we needed done, and execution of the tasks at hand. I could not have been more impressed and pleased by this company and it’s employees. Will be calling again when the time comes!

Prime completed the wiring required to install a whole house generator. They provided a written quote to complete the work and that's what I was charged. They were available to answer any questions I had and their workers were friendly and professional. The well organized crew was able to complete the work in a timely matter which passed the required inspection. Great company to deal with !!

We have had Prime do electrical work rewiring our basement after the “big flood”, fixing the mistakes of a previous electrician. Installing lights, security cams, etc.. Nelson is awesome, and all the workers are always great! Clean, fast response, reliable, and most importantly, CORRECTLY done!

Both electricians on this job #4 were great. They installed led lights in my basement and even clean up some old wiring. Great Job!!
