Electrical reviews in Windsor, Ontario

No wonder Prime Electrical Services has such great reviews - they are truly the best team out there. Nelson was professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. They are very upfront about costs (very reasonable too), and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. If you need the job done right, go to them.

We received excellent and economical service from Prime Electrical Services over two visits. They communicated well and explained all procedures to our satisfaction. The tradesman were were organized and efficient and tidy and very friendly. We highly recommend this company and will be using them for future renovation projects in our home.

Prime Electric services both our business accounts, and our home; they are fast, accurate in their assessments, and we've NEVER had to call them back. They customized a series of bollards in our driveway, to get the height we wanted.

I called and asked about having two new single outlet appliance circuits installed. they arrived on schedule, started right away, did the work efficiently and for a reasonable price and were done in less than 3 hours, After they cleaned up there was no trace of their visit. I"ll use Prime any time and recommend them heartily

I called regarding having a light fixture installed in my kitchen. They got back to me the same day, came out and gave me a quote the following day, and did the work within a few days, at my request. They were very accommodating.
They arrived on time, and did an even better job than we anticipated. Cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly and professional.
I will recommend Prime Electrical to family and friends.
I appreciated their promptness, professionalism, and quality of work for a great price! Thank you!!

During the pandemic we purchased a well-built older home in need of some notable electrical work. The home was about 90% aluminum wiring that definitely needed to be inspected (some red & yellow flags for safety). We also needed some light fixtures changed, as well as replacing and adding some outlets/switches etc. A bigger job for the right company…. welcome Prime Electrical. Nelson and his team, Luke and Michelle went above and beyond to make sure that the work was done promptly, that it was done well and above all else, done right! We feel better in our home now knowing that our electrical is safe. Nelson, Luke and Michelle it was truly a pleasure to welcome you into our home and thank-you for all of your dedication and hard work.

We needed a 100 to 200amp electrical service changeover and Prime gave us a fair quote on the job. In a quick fashion they put together the permit, took care of Enwin disconnect and reconnection of the electrical service all on the same day. The workers did not go home until all work was completed and operational. From the beginning it was clear we were dealing with knowledgeable professionals who knew what they were doing and how to do it. The quality and care put into the work and making sure the site was left clean and debris removed showed us they were the correct people for the job. If you are looking for electrical work to be done, call them, you will be satisfied. Two words THANK YOU Prime Electrical Services

Michelle and Luke were a pleasure to have in our home. They did an amazing job rewiring our entire house and removed all the knob and tube. They were so careful to put minimal damage to walls and cleaned up after themselves every day. We would highly recommend Prime Electrical services
