Our basement flooded 2 weeks ago and our insurance company recommended Belfor. Neil, the project manager and his crew of Robbie, Zack, Brody, Chris and Crystal have provided speedy, thorough and professional service. Great communication. Very happy with their work at such a stressful time! Edited to add that the continuation of the work was also excellent. Their contractor Paul did wonderful work bringing our basement back to like and Jennifer and Denise were always responsive to my questions throughout the process. Thank you so much Belfor!

After discovering water damage in my basement, my insurance company recommended Belfor Windsor Restoration—and I’m so glad they did. Chris, Robbie, and Noelle were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and did a very thorough job with the cleanup. They worked quickly, were respectful of my home, and made sure everything was properly taken care of.

Neil, the project manager, showed up promptly and clearly explained everything that was going to happen, which really helped put my mind at ease.

We are very pleased with the emergency clean up from a fridge waterline leak that we recently experienced. Our first contact was with Project Manager Neil. He came out to inspect the damage, was very knowledgeable and professional, a great first impression for your company. Followed by the emergency clean up team ( all on weekends hours as well) which was Chris and Jesse. From start to finish, setting up the affected areas to minimize the dust and debris from travelling through our home, clearing the damaged area and to final cleanup, they did a fantastic job. Very courteous and contentious. They worked hard on the job and we are extremely pleased! They are an asset to your company! Thank you

Byron and some help by Mario did a great job restoring our backroom after Matt's crew from Bricetin Concrete dug out and put in a block foundation under the backroom as it was previously built on old deck 4x4 posts.

When we discovered water in the walls of our basement we reached out to Belfor for help - and we are glad we did. Al, the Project Manager was on site to inspect the damage the next day. He was very thorough in his assessment and quickly found the source of the water damage. A restoration crew was dispatched the following day. Zack and Chris were prompt, professional and took great care to ensure the damages were cleared safely. They did a great job cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces quickly and efficiently. Zack and Chris did an outstanding job explaining the work and next steps. They answered all our questions and did an excellent job cleaning up. After a flood damaged our home, the repair process took several months and came with its share of ups and downs. But what stands out most is the love, hard work, and professionalism shown by the team who worked in our home.
From Byron, who made sure every project was completed to our exact desires, to Paul, who spent long days covered head to toe in drywall dust—always with the biggest smile on his face, to George, whose attention to detail and passion for his craft were evident in everything he did—these three men went above and beyond in every way. They treated the repair of our home as if it were their own.
Was the process without setbacks? No, and with a project of this size, that’s to be expected—many moving parts, and at times, too many cooks in the kitchen. But the end result is unbelievably beautiful, and we are so grateful to be back home.
