I used their service back in November 2021, wanted to deep cleaning the washrooms and kitchen especially the appliances inside out. All this was communicated over email. The process itself to get the appointment was time consuming finally we got 2 cleaners to our place. Everything was clean from the top, the appliances were not touched from inside at all. They offered to send them again but after receiving this experience in the first service I refused and we ended up cleaning everything ourselves. All in all the cleaning did not justify the price I paid, guess it also depends on the cleaners you get.

This review is long overdue. David and his crew were hired by my builder to clean up post construction just prior to my move in date. They were on site when they said they would be and did an amazingly thorough and excellent job. My home has quite a few cabinets and they cleaned every nook and cranny. The floors shined and there wasn't a speck of dust left behind. I really appreciated the great work they did. Thanks again Mr. Maid and your wonderful team. David you took a lot of the stress away from my move in.

Tried Calling and Got told it was a home phone number :/ that's odd because the caller ID said it was exactly what its called here on google

We had an issue with the work that was done by someone new -- I brought it back the next day and they said not a problem and fixed it right away. Always a good job at this place and doesn't cost you a ton of money.

I've been to many detailing shop around Windsor, Detroit and even Toronto. This place have exceeded my expectations. They do an excellent job every time.
