Wow! My awnings look brand new. JP and his crew, Wayne and Jeremy, are simply the best. Professional and efficient right from the start. JP was quick to respond. The quote was detailed and thorough and the bonus – he is so pleasant to deal with. A real people-person! His crew are the same. Wayne and Jeremy were kind and gracious and left our home as they found it (tidy). They worked straight through the day without a break which I did not expect. It was the hottest day since June so would not have faulted them for taking a well-deserved break. They said they prefer to work until the job is done and boy did they work. Thank you JP and Wayne and Jeremy. You are all the best at what you do. So, if you're looking for the best awning cleaning company take it from a satisfied client: you don't need to look any further. Remember, "it's not clean unless it's JP clean"!

JP’s Awning Service just completed the cleaning of our back deck awning. It now looks brand new!! Service from the initial quote, the flexible scheduling, to the actual cleaning and repellent sealing was prompt and professional. Josh and Chase who did the cleaning arrived right on time. They were courteous, careful and very efficient. In this day and age, it’s often hard to find good value for what you spend for a service. JP’s is an exception and is excellent value. Would I recommend JP’s to a friend or family? Would I use JP’s again? ABSOLUTELY on both counts!!

Perfect Work and so Professional. From the first call to the finished product simply amazing. Appointment for quote within 3 day’s appointment for cleaning within 5 days. I think the price was beyond reasonable especially when you see the work that goes into it. Awning was 5 years old we had been diligent with spring cleaning but it was leaking and dirty. The staff that do the cleaning and came during Covid were so respectful, so efficient, and so very through and we were so pleased. Then JP came in and finished the sealing and I now have a brand new beautiful awing again. See you in three years. No one will touch my awing but JP’s Awing Cleaning Service.

I've seen the hard work and dedication behind this team, JP cares about his workers and his customers a lot! He's built this team for years from basically nothing and I have known him and a few workers personally, this is a family and a team hard at work. I highly recommend. Al and Jack were very friendly and helpful to deal with and meticulous in their work. They were thorough in cleaning and restoring every inch of our awning inside and out. The awning hadn't been cleaned for years prior to buying the home. Now it looks like new! Definitely met and exceeded my expectations.

JP Awning was excellent to deal with. They called me back the same day I left a message then they came, looked and emailed their quote within a day. Within 3 days of my signing the quote, they came to clean and waterproof my large back porch canopy (14’ x 22’). They thoroughly detergent cleaned the material and they removed, cleaned and replaced the decorative scallop. It was drizzling rain that day, so they waited until the next day when it was sunny and the material was dry to spray on the waterproofing. I’d recommend this company for any awning or canopy cleaning, they did a great job.
