JP and his crew arrived at the apt. building to try and restore the look of our awning and courtyard gazebo. This was the first time they had been cleaned in 15 years and they were mouldy and full of bird do do. What a great crew...they arrived early, set up their equipment quickly and got to work. They totally dismantled the gazebo and took great pains to thoroughly clean each piece. They were meticulous and what a great job they did. These young men put the gazebo back together and then applied a protective agent to both the awning and gazebo. Absolute polite and professionals from start to finish. Outstanding service....would highly recommend. Our awing and gazebo look brand new. We will be calling them again and again. Do not hesitate to call JP's.

The JP crew was working at a place that I'm affiliated with. They were hired to clean and waterproof the awning. When they finished cleaning, they needed to wait to apply the protective treatment so they looked around and began fixing things. An old screen door was reattached, the porch and walls were all scrubbed, and they were pleasant throughout the time. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

JP provided exceptional service. He responded promptly and squeezed us in so we could list our house. While he fit us in, het did not cut corners. In fact, he stayed an extra hour to clean the gutter that was in contact with the awning to protect his work. The awning looks like it did when it was first installed! My awning covers my entire patio and is quite large…JPs awning cleaning crew was amazing…I was thoroughly impressed with how clean it was and the waterproofing. I will absolutely be using them again when it’s time for a clean/reseal. I thought the price was fair and they came out and gave me a quote the same day I enquired.

JP’s Awning did an excellent job cleaning the canopy over the front door! It was quite filthy, and with my daughter getting married tomorrow, he squeezed us in. JP and his associate were so friendly and helpful , If we weren’t here, we wouldn’t even have known he was here, except that the awning was sparkling clean and treated.
