Windsor Steam Carpet & Duct Cleaning is an incredible company, the gentlemen who worked on our home, treated it like it was their's. We have a Venmar system to help filter in door air and when I last changed the filters I noticed a particularly cruddy filter with loads of dusty fibres. I tried to dust the connecting lines and so much came tumbling down. I called duct cleaning services and this company sounded like what the problem was, they gave me an estimate of what the cost would be. I arranged an appointment, and they arrived on time. The crew was polite and professional, they looked at our HVAC system and it was clean. They cleared all our floor vents and the returns throughout the home. The Venmar ducts were loaded with that dusty fibre stuff and they took their time to clear them out entirely, and again vacuumed the main ducts. They put the system back together for us. Clean air! What a difference it makes to have people who know their business and care enough to do the job the right way. Well worth the money!

Amazing service and amazing work! I have a small 1 floor house with a crawlspace. Windsor Steam was able to 'army crawl" their way under the house to access the duct work. Very friendly and attentive to quality and cleanliness. I recommend this company to anyone whether you have a large home or small.... Windsor Steam cleans them all! Cheers!

Windsor Steam were very professional. I didn't have to wait long and they showed up on time, ready to go. They were courteous and even took the time to show me the brand new and very powerful motor. Normally I am not a fan of getting my air ducts cleaned however this company managed to change my perspective completely. Not only are they very professional, informative, kind and efficient; they also managed to do a wonderful job within my home. My air ducts have never been this clean before and this is the first time I can actually notice the house feels much better. I am very happy with their work and have referred to many friends and family. I will continue booking any services I need with this company and advise others to do so as well!

Quoted over the phone, booked appointment within my available times. Took out all stains, on stairs and carpeted rooms. Sprayed a good smelling detergent that made everything perfect. Everything was done perfectly, within reasonable pricing. Highly suggest trying them out! You won’t be disappointed.
