I had Robert (Bob) do my grout work 5 months ago - and I had grout set back (that is funny) anyway - I had 12 tiles near kitchen area that didnt hold up to the seal. I called Bob and he came on a Friday at 5 (who does that?) and come a FIX the job. Amazing. I was blown away. Good man and Good job. There are few people like this in the world.

Prompt on timings, cleaning the rooms, halls ways, banquets and breakfast area they way you want it to be cleaned ..and above all "reasonably priced"...what more....Keep up the good work Bob.

I hired Elements Carpet Cleaning and Restoration to thoroughly clean and disinfect the walls, floors, baseboards, windows, cupboards of newly bought older home to clean and prep for painting. Elements had decent reviews for carpet cleaning and I spoke with Robert, the owner, several times prior to hiring him, explaining what needed to be done - which fell more under 'restoration' - and he assured me this was what he does and we would be very happy with the finished job. I requested references and this is when he directed me to the online reviews - all for carpet cleaning. We also met with him at the house to point out what needed to be done prior to him starting the job. Again, he reassured us that he does great work and the house will be thoroughly cleaned and ready for painting.

Following a walk thru on completion of the job, we hardly saw a difference - huge dust webs remained on walls and ceilings, layers of dust and dirt still on window casings, walls, baseboards, cupboards and after pointing this out to the owner, Robert, he said he personally cleaned these areas! He was also supposed to clean and disinfect hardwood floors prior to applying a finish to the floors - there is now dog hair, dust and debris imbedded in the finish on the floors! Robert, the owner, also did this. Horrible job and very unprofessional! Finally, after walking him through the home and pointing out everything to him, which he could clearly see; and requesting that it be taken care of, he called someone in to try and rectify some of the issues,but by this time the painters were there prepping the walls (the painters couldn't believe they were supposedly 'cleaned' as you could clearly see the dirt and dust webs everywhere on the walls and ceilings). The individual Robert called in to reclean his mess, tried to do her best, working around the painters; and I would say she cleaned better in a couple hours, than the owner, Robert, who had been there for 2 days supposedly cleaning! He did absolutely nothing about the imbedded dirt on the floors. Robert was also hired to clean and disinfect the basement at the same time. We originally thought he had done a little better job of cleaning down there, but after inspection, there was piles of dog hair, dirt and dust that he did not clean, that had to be cleaned once again. And to add to everything, he emptied filthy water from his floor cleaning machine that was full of paint chips from the basement floor, into the wash tub in the basement, which in turn clogged the drain and pipes so bad, we had to call in a plumber to fix the issue at our expense. There are numerous other issues as well, one being the rental machine he was using to clean the basement floor, was upstairs in the kitchen as it was too big to bring down the stairs and into the basement and the hose was long enough to be able to leave it in the kitchen. We went to the house to see how the cleaning was progressing and this machine was leaking water all over the kitchen floor unbeknownst to Robert who was in the basement. It was a good thing we arrived when we did, as I can only imagine the further damage we would have had if the water had spread to the hardwood floors, etc. There were also numerous issues in the bathroom that was supposed to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

At no time did Robert offer to refund any money for such shoddy work, and we did ask. Unfortunately he cashed my cheque quickly before I could put a stop payment on it. I would not recommend Elements Carpet Cleaning and Restoration to anyone. I have always been appreciative and more than happy to pay any professional I hire for a job well done and have had many excellent experiences - but this was not one of them. Shame on you Robert - you can still do the right thing by providing a refund for your shoddy work, the stress endured and the extra money we had to pay around your lack of professionalism and work ethics.

Elements carpeting did an amazing job cleaning our carpets as well as our bathroom tiles. Bob was an absolute pleasure to deal. Highly recommend this company!!!

Bought a home were previous owner had pets, one room had very bad odour that appeared months later. Bob was able to remove the odour and stain leaving the room fresh and clean. I was extremley impressed with Bob's knowledge and professionalism. I would refer Bob to any friend or family member that needs their home professionally cleaned.

Easy to talk to and was very flexible with his time. I told him there was an event coming up soon and they were more then helpfull trying to get the carpets clean with such short notice. It looks great and somehow it just smells better in the house. It was a very good idea to contact this carpet cleaning company.

When I moved in my new house, I did not realize how dirty the carpets were... till moving day. I called Bob from Elements and he was able to come out that day before my furniture was moved in. He did a great job, the carpets I thought were brown, were actually pink when he was finished. But that is another story. Bob restored my carpets to their glory days. Thanks Bob.

I live across the country( Vancouver Island, British Columbia) and my mother has had both of her hips replaced in recent years, therefore she can no longer do this herself.
