Called Dustin several times with no answer, left several texts, no answer. Dustin had been cleaning our location for years, but when it came time this around he answered once, said he was coming, and then never followed up or came. Then I had to find another company to come clean it and that new company said that Dustin had not been cleaning the roof at all... saying there was YEARS of build up in the hood. I do not recommend Dustin.

Dustin and his crew have been cleaning my systems for 6 years and I’ll never go anywhere else! Quick, clean & quality service! I’ve had nightmares with other companies that destroyed supplies and left messes for me to clean. This just simply isn’t the case with the work that these guys do. Dustin and his team showed up on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He basically took the hood cover off and take out the motor blower and clean all the GREASE with special chemical and clean entire range hood from inside and outside then installed back in same condition. We cook pretty healthy but we were suprised too see how much grease these motor blower pull. Dustin and his team is the Hood expert in the Windsor Ontario.I would strongly recommend this company, Dustin and his team keeps a clean work site (Especially in Covid situation) the job completed as quickly as possible, and was a pleasure to deal with at a reasonable cost. 😊👍

Amazing guys, I needed my hoods at the hub restaurant done ASAP and we called the hood guys the same day to let him know that another company bailed on us and just never showed up, he promised he would be there by the end of the night and he was in and out in no time. Amazing job, super clean, quick and efficient!!

I recently had the pleasure of witnessing the Hood Guys tackle the cleaning of our restaurant kitchen hood and grease trap, and I couldn't be more impressed. Rona does not stand by their customer service. I attempted to purchase 12 bags of Rona black mulch. Sign stated 3.29 per bag. When attempting to pay price came up at 3.99 per bag. I explained sign price and was told the entire flat of mulch had been placed in the wrong spot and I should understand it was human error. I stated this was not my error and I should pay as it is listed in their inventory and not what was listed for sale to the public. In all my years in customer service I have never heard of the customer understanding employee "human" error as per the store manager. I told him he could keep his mulch.
