We have owned our home for close to 20 years and lived in the area forever and never had something so strange happen with a company who presented themselves so well...(nice website, quick replies, booked easily, polite, well written...it appears great and professional. NO the company is not as though it appears!)

Beware of the presentation. What seems to good to be true may be the case here!

He did not come prepared. Did not have equipment for large applications and any homes with height. It appeared by his actions that he was overwhelmed by the job and unable to complete it.

The horrible thing is that rather than being professional about it he used a made up excuse that we were not home. We are shocked!

We were home and ready to greet him. Even sent a message 20 minutes earlier to invite him to message us upon arrival, as a polite gesture, just in case we couldn't hear him knock at the door. Texted him before our appointment time so he had our cell number!

We had even suggested he arrive early to speak with the neighbours to do their gutters too. (we had mentioned it to them). He did in fact arrive early. Did not talk to the neighbours instead left before 940am, long before our scheduled time of 10am!

Usually contractors set up, get organized...do another assessment. He did none of this. According to neighnours he sat in his truck for a minute. Did not message. Did not call. Did not text. Did nothing other than took off!

We finally heard from him after our earlier text and he made up an excuse that we weren't home.

We were here!

I'm sure for a new business (gutter cleaning), not being prepared for a job especially after presenting yourself as though you could do the job, can be very embarrassing, however, the right thing to do is to follow up, let the customer know and apologize! Call your customer or message them that you have arrived early or at least wait until the appt time before leaving.

Turning it around on the home owner, making up excuses and ignoring calls is very unprofessional. On top of this it wasted our time!

These guys are awesome. Professional, friendly and fast. Graham took care of us throughout and the whole house feels like fresh air! Thanks Graham, appreciated. See you in the fall. Damain.

Just had Clean Fantastic clean windows in and out and clean the gutters. They were prompt and very thorough. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

I asked for an estimate to clean my gutters. The person on the other end was curteous and professional. I got an estimate a few hours later by text. I was happy with the quote and texted and called to hire this company. But got zero response back. I practically begged this person for work to clean my eavestroughs and all I got from him when I told him I wanted to hire him was to go somewhere else. I can only think that I caught this person on the wrong day. The whole experience ended up being awkward, confusing and regrettable. I told the person I didn't appreciate the ghosting/lack of response from multiple requests by phone and text but he claimed he had no idea what I was taking about. Sooooo confused.

Very prompt service. They came out to my house today to do gutter and window cleaning. Got the job done quickly. Very reasonable with pricing. Great service. I highly recommend them!

Clean Fantastic did a great job. They were right on time and worked neatly and professionally. They were very thorough and did not leave anything not done. I already booked them to come back next year and clean my house again.

Graham and son were prompt, polite and professional. Cleaned our gutters and unclogged our downspouts. Priced very reasonably vs other quotes received. We will definitely use them again.

Contacted Clean Fantastic to do my windows. They came at the time and date they said. They cleaned inside and out. They lived up to their name “ Fantastic”. Entire house is much brighter and the windows seem as if they’re not there. Great work. I heartily recommend Clean Fantastic.

Loved this company! I didn’t have leaves in my gutters but they were backing up because grit from my roof shingles had clogged my downspouts. They cleared out the grit and took it away in buckets. They were polite, hard-working, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
