From first contact, Renee was professional and friendly. Reminders were sent for our appointment as well as a prep list we needed to follow. My rugs were dirty Renee did an excellent job cleaning them. She was fast, efficient and I will be using Foam Frenzy again for my other two rooms and basement. I highly recommend them.

Renee did a fantastic job removing some tough stains from our light-colored carpet. There was a slight odor for a few days, possibly from residual dampness, but it disappeared, and the carpets look amazing! I’ll definitely be using Foam Frenzy again for my next carpet cleaning next year.

Renee did an incredible job cleaning and refreshing my couch that had been drooled on heavily by my dog. She was excellent at communicating with me what I needed to do to prep the couch for her and she worked efficiently!
