I highly recommend Welcome Home! Brian, Kim and their crew were professional and courteous! Kim and Brian were very helpful during the whole process. I had a few little issues with the cabinets and they came back right away and fixed the problem. I accidentally put a mark on the end panel with a marker and Brian came right away the same day to remove it. The kitchen and bathroom renovation is gorgeous!

We love our new bathroom. It looks so nice. Our friends have commented that it looks like a top quality spa. It really does. Workers were great and left the room very clean when they left each day. We are very happy with Welcome Home. Thanks for a lovely bathroom.

Just a year ago I was unable to walk and facing surgery in just a few weeks. I realized that I needed a walk-in shower so I went to look at Welcome Home. Wayne LaBranche took one look at me and told me that he would fit me in and get the bathroom remodel done over the Christmas holiday while I was hospitalized and in Respite care. Sean led the remodel and by the time I came home, I had a jewel of a bathroom. Their workmanship was phenomenal. I had to put my trust in them totally since no one would be there to supervise. I am since recovering from my second surgery and every time I walk Into that bathroom I am reminded of the generosity, work ethic and overall kindness that was shown to me by Wayne and all of his employees. I can’t thank them or recommend them enough.

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience working with Wayne and his team. They are professional, competitive in terms of pricing, pay attention to every tiny detail and respond promptly to any question or concern along the way. We had a full bathroom reno done and a few weeks into the project, discovered a problem in our second bath that caused us great anxiety. Wayne and Sean were on it and accommodated a second full reno. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and now have two gorgeous bathrooms with high quality materials and excellent workmanship. The talented staff (especially John) were prompt, professional, skilled and friendly - leaving the house clean at the end of each day and treating our space with respect. I would highly, highly recommend Welcome Home to anyone. In fact, I have a couple other projects in the future and will be calling on them again without a doubt. Sean, Wayne, Brian, Andrew formed the perfect team to do our complete kitchen reno. We had excellent advice and suggestions as to what might look and work best. The workmanship was excellent, and I especially appreciated the attention to keeping a clean workspace. I highly recommend "Welcome Home" for any and all renovation projects. One last thing that needs mentioning "there were no hidden costs" no surprises just quality product and work. Everyone loves our new kitchen!!

We are so grateful for our amazing experience with Welcome Home!! The entire process was flawless from start to finish. Not one complaint. Charlie took his time with us to pick out every detail. He was organized and has amazing vision to visualize how everything would look as we pieced it together. He always got back to me within an hour to answer any questions. His communication is a huge asset in a big renovation project!! Sean, the project manager, was fantastic!!! His experience and expertise made the entire experience run so smoothly. We could not have asked for a better guy to get the job done. He makes sure everything is done properly and to the highest standard. The crew - Mark, Brad, Andrew, Jordan and Mike.. you guys are the best! We couldn't have asked for better guys to get the work done. They were excellent at their jobs. Everything was completed to the highest standard. They were always professional and a great crew to be around. We had to be out of our kitchen, main bath and bedrooms, and they made the experience as easy as possible. They made sure to get us back into our bedrooms ASAP which we really appreciated. They kept everything extremely clean each night. We truly could not have asked for a better company all around. We will miss seeing the guys each day. We are so happy with the final results!!! Brian ensured any little concern was taken care of promptly, which was appreciated.

From the moment we started working with Welcome Home, they treated us exceptionally. Although we had a smaller project, they did not make us feel like our business was not wanted like other places we had went for quotes. They worked around our budget and the price point for the quality of cabinets is amazing. Special thanks to Melany for being so patient with all design changes, Sean and Wayne for their insight throughout the project and Brian for helping us with pickup!

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with Welcome Home. From the first time meeting Kim and getting an estimate and then having the work done we were so impressed with this company and all of the people who work with them. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Every time they gave us a date to have something done, they were there. We were lucky to have Brian (Kim's husband) and owner come to our place to check out our dish washer which we were having trouble with, and he was nice enough to look at it and fix it so we don't have to worry about it. Thank you so much Kim and Brian. You both are great. Your whole group was great.

A few years ago we had our kitchen cupboards refaced and had a great experience with this group. So when we decided to do our bathroom (s) we had Wayne come in. He made suggestions we never thought of and are happy for that. The team that did the work (Mike, Cody) were friendly and kept us informed at the end of each day. Welcome Home did my kitchen 11 years ago and it still looks like the day they put it in. Great job, professional and a joy to have in my house while they were doing the work. I highly recommend them!

We had three quotes before choosing a company to do our kitchen refacing. Kim from Welcome Home was by far the most professional and friendly in helping us with our decision. She also offered the best price and warranty. Kim gave suggestions at our home we hadn’t thought of, she also arranged a meeting to discuss accessories and details at the showroom.

On follow up visits to the showroom Melanie and Deborah were both very helpful.

Brian came to our home to measure and answer any questions. Again, just a pleasure to deal with. Upon installation, his measurements were spot on.

The real star from the company was Meron, who did the installation. His attention to detail and expertise gave us a kitchen we now love. Easy going and friendly, he worked steadily, cleaned up each day, and did his best to limit the disruption to our household. Although it did extend into an additional day this was due to his work ethic in making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

We would feel more than comfortable in recommending Welcome Home to our friends and family.
