A basement flood had us undertaking a major renovation on short notice and I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. I am really glad I stopped by Welcome Home and met Deborah and Nate. Deborah immediately put my mind at ease and helped me select some fixtures. Nate helped shape some vague ideas we had into a really stunning reality that we're really happy with. I stopped by Welcome Home because of the strong reviews I'd read and I found them to be as helpful, professional, and friendly as the other reviews have said. I recommend them very highly.

Very happy with Welcome Home. They renovated our kitchen a few years ago and more recently renovated a bathroom. The work was very professionally completed and their workers were a pleasure to have in our house. Any needed minor adjustments were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Welcome Home receives my highest recommendation.

We just had two vanities and a custom made shelf unit completed by Welcome Home and they did a great job. The installer was on time, very polite, very experienced and cleaned up each day. I would highly recommend them.

We have had our kitchen for 8 months now and a very happy with it. There was a few issues with the install but all were taken care of. I would recommend Welcome Home to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel

Just a heads up for all those interested in using this company for cabinet refacing. We were given an estimate over the phone for cabinet refacing of from $5,000 to $8,000. Since our kitchen is on the larger side I fully expected to get a final quote close to the $8,000 figure. A few days later during our in-home home consult, the same person we spoke to on the phone presented with a quote of $14,000 before tax! This included a $1,500 discount for a special they were running on installation. We do not have double the number of cabinets of an average kitchen - we live in a 1500 sq. ft. townhome. The sales rep was very nice and spent a lot of time with us. We appreciated her expertise and design sense. Welcome Home's quality and workmanship may be excellent - just wanted folks to be aware of the actual cost they may be looking at.

Charles patiently walked us through every design decision and the actual remodel. Every worker that was sent to our home were professional and thorough. They explained everything about the process. Our home was left clean and tidy everynight. Special kudos to Charles for being our lifeline when we had a couple panic attacks.

We recently hired Welcome Home to do a full kitchen reno and are now sharing our feedback for this.
Pros:
-The Designer did a great job designing and picking out everything. Andrew and John are great workers and are disciplined with their craft. We are happy with the final result.
Cons:
-The Designer left Welcome Home before the project started and the company didn't inform us of his departure. We found this to be unprofessional.
-The contract was to take a month for a small kitchen starting date to be early May. It was not met as delays were incurred in the first week and subsequent delays.
-Damages include scratches to the living room floor + a poor crimping of pipe cause a possible catastrophic event of flooding downstairs if it had not been noticed and the main water was turned off (damage to shoes, clothing, and a new Ryobi battery, odds and sods).
-Our sink wasn't installed correctly and it was leaking and wasn't draining.
-One light wasn't installed correctly and it caused scratches to the ceiling and the newly installed cabinet door.
-They wouldn't have the courtesy to return our house key. We were told by email we had to pick our key up.

We are glad Welcome Home followed through to ensure we are ultimately satisfied with the project.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose it without hesitation. I strongly advise anyone considering customizing their kitchen to steer clear of Welcome Home Kitchen & Bath. Our experience with Ashley on April 12 was nothing short of disappointing.

Despite arriving with a clear budget, Ashley dismissed our ideas right from the start, claiming they were beyond our financial scope. We offered to increase our budget slightly, yet throughout the appointment, Ashley failed to provide pricing for any options we discussed. We left with chosen colors but no estimate, only promises of receiving kitchen renders promptly and a seemingly agreeable 4-week build time.

However, the following weeks were a cascade of unresponsiveness and delays. Despite numerous emails, replies were scarce, and when we called on May 6, Ashley seemed uninformed and uninterested, claiming she had just received numbers from our contractor, which raised doubts about the timeline.

When our contractor finally received the renders and costs on May 10, the build time skyrocketed to 20 weeks without justification. The kitchen design was grossly over budget, leading to more frustration and a fruitless attempt to get an itemized list from Ashley, who was often unreachable.

This lack of professionalism and disregard for our budget and timeline is unacceptable. Ashley's failure to communicate effectively, provide timely estimates, and manage expectations reflects poorly on Welcome Home Kitchen & Bath. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.
