Full points; I am satisfied with Steve, as he thoroughly checked everything and identified the problem.
This included the circuit, switch, sensors, and the blower motor.
He then procured the necessary part, serviced the HVAC system, repaired an air leak from the furnace, and stayed for 30 minutes to ensure that the furnace was functioning correctly.

Steve was great to work with. He came and took care of changing out a gas line for me. He was cheap and quick since I was in a hurry. Highly recommend.

WE HAVE GONE WITHOUT HEAT FOR 2 DAYS WE CALLED STEVE HE SHOWED UP WITHIN A HOUR RETURNED WHEN HE GOT THE PART GOT US UP AND RUNNING! He is very knowledgeable and professional reasonably priced!! Highly recommended 👍

Needed service to changeout a gas valve, as we had no heat for 7 days. It was promised from Reliance as changeout would be a couple of days after ordering valve. This never happened. They promise you the world and nothing. Then decided to call ProStar on the Thursday evening and Steve said no problem, he came out the following day changed out the valve and did the appropriate testing all in one hour. He was very professional in all aspects. Highly recommended.

The service was on point and was done on the same day I had the issue in the winter. Steve also is considerate and wears the footwear covers to make sure your house isn’t made a mess in winters. Highly recommend his service.

James kept us updated during the process when his team, very professional would be coming to repair the walls and ceilings. Walls haven't look this great since we moved in.
