Had some electrical heating issues. Call M & W Electric. Spoke with Nelson that said he would have Tony give me a call. Tony called me within the hour, discuss the problem and had an electrician (James) to my house to repair the problems within less than 24 hours. These guys a amazing. I won't ever call anyone else. Excellent customer service all around! We blew a gfci that was indirectly attached to a freezer. Getting help on a Friday was a long shot and the potential of spoiled food was bleak. M&W was the only company that answered with a live person. Jason came to the rescue and had the gfci replaced in less than 20 minutes. He also diagnosed the cause which was christmas lights that had gotten wet. Jason was smart, personable and fast as the wind! M&W Electric will be our trustworthy source from now on.

Warren Giles arrived at our Corvallis home on time and did 2 jobs for us in about an hour. His work was successful & of high quality . He was pleasant & kept us completely informed of what he needed to do. I would not hesitate to welcome Warren back for any future electrical work.

We purchased a hot tub and needed an electrician to install the wiring for it. We scheduled a time for Mark from M and W Electric to give us an estimate. He arrived on time and was able to quickly come up with a plan for what we could do to hook up our hot tub. Mark was able to provide us with an estimate in a very timely fashion and later contacted me to make sure I had gotten it. Even though M and W Electric didn’t give us the lowest estimate for this service, we felt confident that they came up with the best plan and would do the best job. Jayson arrived to our house on time and ready to get started. He made sure we were on the same page about what we wanted done and how he was planning to do it. Jayson was extremely professional while he worked quickly to hook up our hot tub. He didn’t complain once about having to install the wiring in our attic space which is a nightmare to crawl through. Jayson did a great job hooking up our hot tub. When an issue came up with the install, he came back as soon as possible to quickly address it. Not only did Jayson do a nice job hooking up our hot tub, he went above and beyond when he informed me of two issues he found while in the attic space of our house and advised me on how we could address them. Also, when we had someone come out to address one of the issues, they were unable to find it. When Jayson came back to address the issue with the hot tub install he went back into the nightmare that is our attic space to take pictures of the issue up there. Again he went above and beyond, past the scope of his job, to help us. His customer service was refreshing to say the least. I will highly recommend Jayson and M and W Electric to anyone needing electrical work done.

Mark and the team at M&W Electric did a fantastic job on our recent panel upgrade. They not only provided a competitive bid (especially compared to the solar company we were working with), but they also got the work scheduled quickly and completed everything on time, even when unexpected issues came up.

This was not the first project I have hired M&W for, and it definitely will not be the last. Highly recommend Mark and his crew if you want quality work, clear communication, and a team that follows through!!

M&W Electric has done several large projects for us, the most recent one being installing a generator that runs the entire house during power failures. Their work is exceptional and everyone we have worked with has been professional, efficient and very friendly. We recommend M&W for all your electrical projects. And if you have been thinking about a generator we would encourage you to talk to them. We love our Generac and feel it was a good investment.

I had a great experience with Jayson East from M&W Electric. We were having voltage fluctuations in our house, so I called M&W and they sent Jayson to do a health check on our electrical panel. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be done.

We just updated our primary bathroom and M & W performed the electrical work. Casey, the electrician, did excellent work installing the soffit can lights, wall shower fan with timer switch, undercabinet lighting, in floor heating thermostat and cabinet drawer outlet. Her work was efficient and completely the work to my specification and satisfaction. I will use Casey and M & W again with the next project.

Installed EV charger. Very professional. Job was done on budget and on time. Very reasonable rates. Work required running electrical wire from one end of house to opposite end.

The guys who came were very nice and did the work. I am disappointed by the damage left to my wall. In the contract it does say they are not responsible for an Sheetrock damage. After paying 3k+ for the job I didn’t think the Sheetrock damage would happen. When I was told this happened they said it happens at all places they put in a new electrical panel. If this is the case I think it should’ve been mentioned. Not only did I just drop thousands of dollars for the work today but now I need to hire someone else to come out and fix my Sheetrock. Make sure you read the contract word for word and know that your wall will be damaged. Prepare for that expense as well.

American Home Shield put a request in on my behalf. The technician was early, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable about my issue. He made some great recommendations to help save on my energy source. I highly recommend this company for electrical needs.

Cole and Isaac were great! They showed up on time, talked me through the EVSE installation, explained the quote and completed the work quickly and without any issues. They were knowledgeable, professional, and nice guys. 10/10, would recommend!

I called Riteway at around 9:30 Friday morning after a home DIY project got a little bit above my pay grade. Luckily they had an electrician in my area and were able to have him to the house by early afternoon. Ben showed up around 12:30 and made short order of my issue then went on to replace several light switches for me in the hour he was there. He patiently answered my layman’s questions, was quick, efficient, and friendly. Honestly I’ve never had a bad experience with any Riteway electrician and this is why I go to them for all of my electrical needs. Great company to work with!

Ely did a great job fixing a few loose and broken outlets and a porch light fixture that needed to be replaced. Highly recommend!
