I've been using Rite Way the past 10 years on a number of residential and farm electrical installation jobs, mostly outdoors. The jobs are often complex and require coordination with other companies (such as colocating electric, water and gas lines into the same trench) and Rite Way is great at communicating with them. They are masters of everything they touch and go well beyond code, such that every time the county inspector shows up he's here for about five minutes before approving the work, never a problem. No matter which members of their crew do the work, I can count on polite electricians, hard workers, and excellent execution.

Rite Way did a great job of installing and modifying outlets in our garage. Ely came out same day to estimate and quickly scheduled a separate installation date with a partner to reduce project cost. Now we have the right outlets and enough outlets for exercise equipment, refrigerators/freezers, electric scooters, and more.

These guys are the best! They communicate well, are prompt, provide us with all of the information we need and work efficiently. We are always amazed at their willingness to go above and beyond, address any questions we have and charge a fair rate.

They’re very easy to work with and have fixed electrical issues in my old home three times now, including this week when the outlet my furnace relied on went out. Eric was able to come the next day and was super quick and professional. Rite Way has also given me more affordable quotes than other local electrical groups I’ve sought. Super grateful to have a local electrician I can rely on.

Called on Tuesday with outlets in the kitchen not working. Initially I was told they would be out Friday. Ely finished another project early so he came out that afternoon. He determined what the issue was and did the repair. The price was considerably less than the other companies quoted just to come look at the problem. Great service and reasonable price. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I was treated with kindness and professionalism from the phone call and throughout the job. They were able to send a technician (Ely) within 2 days. The work was performed quickly and I was very pleased with the work and the staff. I give them a 10 out of 10 rating and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I can't be happier with the quality of service , their efficiency on the job and their willingness to explain things and answer questions. Eric came prepared with all the information he needed to completed all the jobs requested and went from one to another without hesitation. It is apparent that he is a professional. New to Albany, I had several small electrical projects I needed done at my home. Looking at a few reviews, Rite Way Electric seemed like a good fit.
They set up an appointment and showed up as promised. Eric verified the work required and started immediately. He was fast, efficient and completely professional. Every aspect of the project met or exceeded our expectations.

Cole upgraded a breaker and gave me information on adding power for a hot tub. He was very nice and professional, he even gave my grandson advice on where to go to school to become an electrician. He was very quick and efficient but answered all of our questions and double checked that everything was working properly. I would highly recommend him and the company. They also was able to show up a day earlier which really helped..

We have used Rite Way for years for projects ranging from residential to winery issues. This includes wiring equipment from Europe to China. They are technically thorough and always have a solution. We very much appreciated Rite Way Electric’s electrician Eli who came to our home last week to help us with a lack of power to outlets in our kitchen. I tried to fix the problem myself with no positive results.
He quickly found and fixed our outage. My wife Micki and I were impressed with his customer service expertise as well as his mechanical skills.

A few years ago we needed an electrician and didn’t have a clue who to call. Believe it not, I got the number off of one of their vans. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
The first person to come out was amazing, professional, friendly and actually fun. Twice at that home and three visits in the new home. In both homes the technicians were great and went the extra mile. Ely has been the tecnician for three or four projects and I wouldn't have anyone else but Rite Way. Rite Way Electric, Inc. has come to my home twice. The first time, Matt repaired an electrical outlet. The second time, Ely fixed another outlet, installed a ceiling fan, and replaced the lanterns on an older outdoor lamppost.
Both were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and did excellent work. Everything was completed carefully and works perfectly. I truly appreciate their expertise and attention to detail.

I called Rite Way Electric to convert my new Milling Machine to 240 Volts. They were able to come the next day and said they could most likely do it for the cost of a service call. Brad showed up a few minutes early and completed the job in less than an hour. He was neat and professional, he clearly knew what he was doing. I will call Rite way Electic for any future electrical work.

Great local company, I always call them on my clients projects and recently they did all the electric on my own garage addition. Never had any reason to complain after 8 plus services, all of their guys are courteous, clean, efficient and knowledgeable. Great work and fair pricing as well as quick scheduling.
