The crew was professional, easy to work with, and thorough. They worked well maneuvering around our pets and kids. They were very conscientious of the surrounding buildings and trees that we wanted to keep. The knowledge around which trees to keep and which needed to go guided us through the right decisions. Ezra and his crew did an excellent job removing a big leaf maple that had started to rot in our backyard. There were many obstacles like a power line, hot tub, narrow driveway, and it was growing close to our house. They worked around it all! Very satisfied with the job and cleanup.

I never leave reviews but I feel like I need to. I called asking for an arborist who could come grind a stump and chip some branches from a tree we chopped down. His response was, "we're not interested in that." Confused, I asked if this was indeed a tree service provider, and he said, "yeah but we're not interested in just coming over and grinding your stump." Still confused I assured him that we were wanting to pay for this work, it's not like we were looking for just a free job, but he said something along the lines of, their company wouldn't survive if they did those types of jobs. Huh?? Isn't that the type of job arborists usually do? I'm still confused and more than a little offended by the rude tone and impatience of whoever was on the phone. Please work on your communication and customer service.

Showed up on time day of service and both Travis and Blake were very professional. They kept the work area clean and did a great job cleaning up after themself. You can also tell safety is their top priority. It was very clear by how they worked they wanted to make sure that not only did they go home safe at the end of the day, but the safety of my property was also just as important. I highly recommend this company would will hire them for any tree work I need done. A+ service.

Hired Corvallis Tree Care to cut down a dying tree in my backyard. They offered a good price, were easy to work with, and did exactly what they said they would.

Our huge oak has in fact been removed. And, except for the arrogant team leader who was careless enough to put an oak branch through our window and destroy 50' of gutter, the company response to the fiasco was prompt and repair expenses were compensated without any problems. Not a pleasant experience for anyone involved.
