I love these ladies! Ive used their service off and on for 4ish years. Love the positive, caring, kind energy they bring. Beautiful smiles! Nice to my dog, which matters to me. I wish I could tip more, but as widower I am just trying to make it. I cant get over the warmth and quality they bring to the job and my home. LOVE THEM!!!!

We recently did the cleaning 25th of January. Overall first look of the house after cleaning look really good. I dock down 1 star because after a couple days, I noticed dust and some grime in areas that should of been clean in the bathrooms and kitchen. I believe my team(Lupita) was here for about 1hr 30 mins. The estimate was within range when they got here, But I do feel like for the quality and how little stuff I had for my house it was a little over valued.

Overall Experience, Customer Service and Care very responsive and easy to get in touch.

Price, A little on the higher side

Cleaning Experience, Good, Team was nice and quick. Needed to be alittle more detailed since it was a deep clean.

Team 1 is the best. They did a deep clean of the master bath and it is stunning - it is so wonderful I never want to get it dirty again! Very professional in appearance and demeanor. I will never hesitate to use them again. Fabulous!

The girls did a great job today. After all the holiday activities, it is wonderful to walk into the house that not only smells clean but everything is shiny and dust free. Not that I am overly concerned about COVID, but it was reassuring to see the team in masks, even while cleaning. Lupita (#4) and the team are wonderful and very courteous.

Being somewhat disabled, my needs are slightly different and they were more than willing to work with me. Team 1 is awesome! They are always smiling and do a great job. When a person sees what they are doing as "helping" another, a mundane, even distasteful chore becomes almost an honor. Team 1 makes me feel like they are honored to be in my home, helping me.

Team #5 deep cleaned our home and did an amazing job! They were thorough and efficient as well as being extremely nice, upbeat people. The whole experience was very positive, and I can't wait for them to come back!

What a treat to come home from work and see that Team #2 has done such a beautiful job cleaning the house. Everything sparkles and the air smells fresh. Thank you to The Maids for always providing outstanding service that makes my day!

The ladies were timely, very thorough and careful with fragile items. I am very pleased with their work ethic and the care they take with fragile items. They will be helping me every 2 weeks and one my senior kitty is past shedding season it will much more strait forward to maintain. They are the best!

Dolores and Team #2 was super fast, efficient, and did a great job. I don’t think that this house was even this clean when we moved in.

Team 1 did a great job on cleaning my house! They were very courteous and efficient. My husband and I appreciated that they listened to our cleaning requests and were sensitive about working around our baby.

We have been using the Maids for many years and are very happy with the service. Team 1 has been cleaning our home for most of that time and they are great. Very good, very pleasant women always willing to respond to our requests.

Lupita and her team are amazing!! We have used other cleaning services in the past and while they were good, they do not compare with the attention to detail we receive from Lupita's team. Every thing smells so nice and fresh when I get home and even our teenager's rooms are spotless. Cannot recommend enough!!

I work long hours and am usually very tired when I get home. Cleaning my apartment definitely gets minimal attention from me. It's so great to come home and see and smell a freshly cleaned and organized apartment! My only regret is not hiring them sooner. I have been using their services for a while now and every team that has been here has done a stellar job!

Wonderful to come home to a sparkling clean house, everything was perfect! The bathrooms were so clean and that was what I checked out first, every room was vacuumed and dusted and looked and smelled great! Thank you to the Maids and especially Lupita (#4 Team Leader).

Absolutely impressive cleaning provided by Team 1. The kitchen is spotless, as are the bathrooms. Hardwood floors look wonderful, tile floors spotless, rugs vacuumed...... Team 1 was efficient, well-organized, and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Teams 3 and 4 normally service our home. All the providers do an excellent job when they clean every two weeks. We have used The Maids for several years now, and I appreciate their help. Pricing is reasonable and communication is top notch.

The Maids clean our home 2x per month and do an amazing job! We’ve been utilizing their services for the past 4 years. It has been great giving up the chores of cleaning our wood floors, bathrooms, cleaning blinds and baseboards! We love coming home after a cleaning to a sparkling home. We do vacuum, dust, clean kitchen, etc. in between cleanings but it’s great to know we get a thorough clean 2x per month.

There are trustworthy. They come in and out of our house each time without us being here. We’ve never had an issue.
