I had them come out to strap down my water heater, and they did a fabulous job. It was down quite quickly, and it was approved by the appraiser. I also want to acknowledge how wonderful a job LC Young did an absolutely fantastic job, not just installing the straps but working with a person in training, he was polite, kind, helpful understanding, and both gentlemen displayed great kindness, politeness, and friendlyness. I highly recommend LC Young and the other gentleman who was learning.

I recently had Roth Home come out to fix my plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Dustin and Chris.
From the moment they arrived, they were professional, punctual, and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what needed to be done in terms I could understand. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard.
What impressed me most was their attention to cleanliness, They clearly take pride in their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

I walked into the garage to discover my hot water heater was leaking without any warning signs. I called Roth Heating & Cooling right away, and within two hours, Mike Johnston arrived to assess the situation. He promptly took photos, diagnosed the problem, and had it completely fixed within four hours of my initial call.
Mike was incredibly understanding and patient, walking me through every step of the process and explaining exactly what needed to be done to get everything back up and running. I highly recommend Mike—he was professional, attentive, and efficient from start to finish.

Brian Fields, came over and did a tuneup on our furnace. He also took the time to explain how my AC unit was actually a heat pump as well. He answered all my questions and educated me on how the system works. This was great customer service and I hope he comes back when we need Maintenance in the future

The electrician Jonathan Garfield was amazing he was very experienced and knowledgeable. His demeanor was sincere, kind and understanding. Both my brother and I were very grateful that he took the time to address all of our concerns and answered all of our questions competently and authoritatively. He was accompanied by an apprentice who shared the same qualities and they made quite a good team. Thank you for sending them.

Mr. Justin S. did an awesome some job installed the Tesla charger and an EV charger for my garage. He makes the working area clean and organized, also he did a very detailed installation for the project .I truly appreciated his time and work. Highly recommended!

Matt came out to inspect my garage doors and did an absolutely fantastic job. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the system. He took the time to explain what he was looking at, identified a couple of small issues before they became big ones, and made sure everything was operating smoothly before he left.

I really appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. I highly recommend Matt to anyone needing garage door service—top-notch experience from start to finish!

I have never had great experiences with people coming out and talking to me about my furnace before. Dawson came out and he was instantly calming and great. I thought the price was a little high but he did his best to work with me on it everything he could do. We went with it. The installers were here exactly at 8am Saturday went right to work they were done by 1030ish and my house had heat. Pleasant gentlemen. You may pay a lil more for this company vs a mom and pop but if you want peace of mind this company is the best and is worth every penny so far!!

The Roth Home technician, Avery McDaniel, arrived in a timely manner, and thoroughly explained the process he would use to clean the dryer duct system. After he was finished we spent time discussing what he found and how it was corrected. During the discussion I asked numerous questions about what other services were offered through Roth Home. He was very thorough about describing the available services.
As a home owner I have always wondered who to call to service plumbing, electrical, heating, and appliance issues. I've always felt I was "taking pot luck" on price and quality of service. Also, I'm always careful about who I'm willing to let into my home. This experience was my first time using Roth Home, and for future service needs I feel good about calling this business for maintenance and service of home repairs. The technician, Avery, made me feel comfortable with opening my front door to Roth Home employees.

Tayler Bell and Dustin were here for the day replacing some very ancient wiring in my home. They had quoted it as being a one-day job, which I thought unlikely. It seemed more a day and a half event, but they arrived early (on time) and went to work immediately. Taking only a half hour break for lunch, they worked until about 18:20 and finished all. Their work ethic was quite refreshing, I’ve not seen such in Salem for quite some time. Taylor displays a subtle but decidedly confident set of leadership skills. Both men were quite polite and mindful of my home. Taylor has an excellent set of communication skills. We were kept apprised of all progress and plans throughout the day. He was open to questions at all times and established a good rapport with us early and consistently. I’m retired some 25 years now and this was to have been a short compliment for work well done, but I find myself writing an employee performance review. He brought out the “headhunter” in me and I see elements of a young man ready for more. My compliments, he represents your company quite well. You’ve a decided asset there. Five stars on all counts. Called to have faulty plumbing evaluated. Roth Home (Aurora/Canby) sent someone a few hours later. Talk about prompt service! Jason Dicicco and an apprentice named Zach arrived and were very personable, kind, knowledgeable, and were able to run for parts and finish the job in no time. I do not have any comparison to say if pricing was competitive, but the service was certainly excellent. Will use again.

Highly recommend. I needed electrical work done getting my house ready to sell. Tayler did an amazing job I’m really pleased with the work he did. I was impressed by his professionalism and how knowledgeable he is. I feel like he considered everything I needed. So nice to work with really great service and people.10/10

This was the best and most satisfactory repair work I have ever experienced. Mike who didall of the plumbing work was excellent. He explained everything that was wrong and everything that he did. He is the second Roth workman I have had do work here and they have both been first rate.

Everyone that I dealt with at Roth from salespeople to office staff to the install team were awesome to work with. The experience started with Garth our sales person, he gave us clear and easy to understand details about the different systems, he took his time and is very professional and into his field of expertise. When he left we had a complete competitive bid all in a nice folder. When the install team arrived they were very kind, on time, went above and beyond explaining the process and what to expect. Daniel was the lead and went around the house and checked everything out before he got started. Him and Jared worked throughout the day and where very respectful and quite (my wife works from home and they needed access to the crawl space which is in her office) she noted that is was like no one was there all day they were so quiet. Jared even did a little extra cleanup and vacuum from a previous rodent problem we had in our crawl space, he didn’t need to do it, he just did. Josh our electrician was left with somewhat of a mess from the previous AC unit and he not only fixed it up but made it nice and moved an ugly junction box out of view and put a brand new one in in no time flat. I was expecting him to use the old set up and he completely blew me away with how good the new power supply looks, but only when I want to look at it. our home was left clean inside and out at the end of the day and we were given great instruction and overview of the system and controls. I really thought for the great price we would be getting mediocre service at best, but it turns out we got more than we paid for in the best way. Over all one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had as a home owner. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely hire again in the future.

Called to schedule a service appointment and was directed to an AI assistant. AI assistant “scheduled service with a technician” For the same day. It sounded too good to be true and it was. I never received a call from a technician and no one ever showed up.

The next day a human contacted me about scheduling an appointment. Thankfully when the tech, Taylor, he went above and beyond, not only helping identify the problem, but waiting for me to get a new microwave and staying to install it.

We picked Roth to replace our gas furnace and add air conditioning. We are very pleased with the results. Tony Lescanec and his crew did a great job. Tony kept us informed along the way. His care in assuring an excellent installation was evident. We recommend Roth Home.

I got very clear explanations from him, he checked everything that needs to be checked and what could be the cause of our issue, we got estimates quickly. Had a great experience as a first time Roth customer! The agent on the phone who helped schedule a SAME DAY technician appointment was great, and then Electrician Ted P. who came out to do the estimate and ultimately the work was very friendly and did a great job installing our Tesla Wall Connector! He answered all my questions along the way and was done within 3 hours, including a trip to Platt to get his necessary supplies. Highly, highly recommend, and can’t believe how fast they accommodated me!

Roth Heating and Cooling was great! Called with an issue with my heating system in very, very cold weather and they were able to get a tech out to help me the same day!! Ashley, their technician was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable! She worked diligently, asked questions if she wasn’t sure about something and gave me suggestions to help keep my heating system running well! Very appreciative of Roth!!
