He also found out my blower motor was failing. Once he got the go-ahead to replace the blower motor, the heat started working perfectly again. The new blower is much stronger, and I can really feel the difference in how well the warm air moves through my apartment. I didn't realize how weak the old blower was until now! They were punctual, finished all the tasks and tidied up when they were done. They were extremely professional and made sure I understood what was being done; they even showed me pictures of the attic insulation that met my home's insulation standards. On the next working day, Ezra called and explained that a review of the work done revealed a duct in the bathroom hadn't been replaced, that same afternoon Terrence and Melvin showed up and replaced the overlooked duct work.
