Called to have faulty plumbing evaluated. Roth Home (Aurora/Canby) sent someone a few hours later. Talk about prompt service! Jason Dicicco and an apprentice named Zach arrived and were very personable, kind, knowledgeable, and were able to run for parts and finish the job in no time. I do not have any comparison to say if pricing was competitive, but the service was certainly excellent. Will use again.

Highly recommend. I needed electrical work done getting my house ready to sell. Tayler did an amazing job I’m really pleased with the work he did. I was impressed by his professionalism and how knowledgeable he is. I feel like he considered everything I needed. So nice to work with really great service and people.10/10

This was the best and most satisfactory repair work I have ever experienced. Mike who didall of the plumbing work was excellent. He explained everything that was wrong and everything that he did. He is the second Roth workman I have had do work here and they have both been first rate.

Everyone that I dealt with at Roth from salespeople to office staff to the install team were awesome to work with. The experience started with Garth our sales person, he gave us clear and easy to understand details about the different systems, he took his time and is very professional and into his field of expertise. When he left we had a complete competitive bid all in a nice folder. When the install team arrived they were very kind, on time, went above and beyond explaining the process and what to expect. Daniel was the lead and went around the house and checked everything out before he got started. Him and Jared worked throughout the day and where very respectful and quite (my wife works from home and they needed access to the crawl space which is in her office) she noted that is was like no one was there all day they were so quiet. Jared even did a little extra cleanup and vacuum from a previous rodent problem we had in our crawl space, he didn’t need to do it, he just did. Josh our electrician was left with somewhat of a mess from the previous AC unit and he not only fixed it up but made it nice and moved an ugly junction box out of view and put a brand new one in in no time flat. I was expecting him to use the old set up and he completely blew me away with how good the new power supply looks, but only when I want to look at it. our home was left clean inside and out at the end of the day and we were given great instruction and overview of the system and controls. I really thought for the great price we would be getting mediocre service at best, but it turns out we got more than we paid for in the best way. Over all one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had as a home owner. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely hire again in the future.

Called to schedule a service appointment and was directed to an AI assistant. AI assistant “scheduled service with a technician” For the same day. It sounded too good to be true and it was. I never received a call from a technician and no one ever showed up.

The next day a human contacted me about scheduling an appointment. Thankfully when the tech, Taylor, he went above and beyond, not only helping identify the problem, but waiting for me to get a new microwave and staying to install it.

We picked Roth to replace our gas furnace and add air conditioning. We are very pleased with the results. Tony Lescanec and his crew did a great job. Tony kept us informed along the way. His care in assuring an excellent installation was evident. We recommend Roth Home.

Carlos is very high professional! Very punctual, knowledgeable and polite. I got very clear explanations from him, he checked everything that needs to be checked and what could be the cause of our issue, we got estimates quickly. Had a great experience as a first time Roth customer! The agent on the phone who helped schedule a SAME DAY technician appointment was great, and then Electrician Ted P. who came out to do the estimate and ultimately the work was very friendly and did a great job installing our Tesla Wall Connector! He answered all my questions along the way and was done within 3 hours, including a trip to Platt to get his necessary supplies. Highly, highly recommend, and can’t believe how fast they accommodated me!

Roth Heating and Cooling was great! Called with an issue with my heating system in very, very cold weather and they were able to get a tech out to help me the same day!! Ashley, their technician was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable! She worked diligently, asked questions if she wasn’t sure about something and gave me suggestions to help keep my heating system running well! Very appreciative of Roth!!

Ryan was amazing. He was patient thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He was simply a positive presence during the several hours that he was at my home.
Ryan was absolutely committed to doing the best job he could at not only diagnosing the causes of the problems that he came to assess and repairing or eradicating them if he possible, but he was so committed to finding a solution that he stayed long enough - and was perceptive enough - to determine that the cause was outside the scope of his. As an extra bonus, I learned a lot from him!

Joshua Pangle came out ,gave me a bid and got the job done. He was professional, polite walked me through the steps it would take to get the job done so I knew what to expect. I would diffinetly use Roth Home again and would want to work with Joshua again as well.

I can’t recommend Roth Home enough! We had new flooring put in, which unfortunately covered the venting brackets and left metal flanges sticking up, preventing our registers from sitting flat. Antonio Martinez was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled—he knew exactly how to handle it. He carefully cut and folded the metal so the floor register now fits flush and snug against our new floors. He finished in less than an hour, was very professional, and explained the whole process. Truly expert service!

Ray Nixon, an employee of Roth Home, and a licensed journeyman plumber came to my house on 03-09-26 to discuss a possible water leak and a water cutoff device made by Moen. He was there for approx. 90 minutes and provided numerous options, any one of which would meet my needs. He was cordial, courteous and understood what my issue was and seemed willing to take the time and explain my various options. Employees like Ray make it easy to call Roth Home for any plumbing issue I may encounter in the future. I'll specifically ask for Ray!!

Cody, James and Mike did a marvelous job. They listened to my concerns, did a throughout inspection and provided me with a professional, informative assessment. They were happy to answer all of our many questions in a clear manner. It was a pleasure to work with such friendly and knowledgeable technicians at Roths.

Juan did an excellent job locating the leak outside our home that two other plumbing services failed to find. He was thorough, attentive to detail, and took a practical, methodical approach—checking the irrigation box and identifying the leak using simple, effective steps before considering costly advanced leak detection methods. He communicated clearly throughout the process and took the time to explain what was happening in a constructive, easy-to-understand way, which we really appreciated. He was highly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We also had a great experience with Corey, the agent who handled our call. Overall, an excellent company to work with.

We had a great experience with Roth Home, especially our technician, Jesus. He originally came out for a routine furnace maintenance and discovered that only one of our three heat strips was working. He clearly explained what that meant, what needed to be fixed, and the possible causes.

Within just a few days, the part was ordered, and Jesus returned to get everything repaired and running properly. He was polite, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced.

The entire Roth Home team was also wonderful — always quick to answer calls and follow up with any questions I had.

Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Jesus and the Roth Home team.

Cheyenne came to do our electrical work today and was amazing!! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made sure we understood all our options. Our lights look amazing. She was also able to explain the electric panel and what we needed to do. I will absolutely be requesting her services for electric through Roth!!

We had a great experience with this company. Our 20 year old furnace went out and it became clear that replacement was the best option. Brett provided estimates that we felt were the best of the three companies we considered, and once we accepted the work, Tim and James had the install completed in less than two days! Highly recommend!

Richard Brown was at my home today to service my furnace. He was great. Very informative, he answered all my questions and was very polite. He should me all about my furnace. Discussed options for getting my furnace to last as long as possible. You can't go wrong when Richard as your tech. I highly recommend him.
