Mike Johnston was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He took the time to not only do a great toilet replacement but also to explain what needed to happen to someone who was overwhelmed by a leaky toilet in a home built in the early 90s. Thank you Mike for taking the stress out of the process.

Ryan came out to give me a estimate on hard-wiring low voltage yard lights for my front yard project. I was very impressed and well informed on the process of doing this project and all that is involved. He gave me a few options that I could do. He was professional and friendly and so was his helper. He took time to answere all my questions. From the first time I called to leave a message about getting a quote til the time Ryan arrives, Roth provided good communication and I liked having a photo of the electrician that would be arriving. I have previously been scammed by a company and usually nervous when trying to find someone trustworthy. I really felt comfortable with Ryan and Roth Home and how they could help me. Once I get closer to my front yard landscaping this Spring and know precisely the placement of lights, I will use Roth Home for my project.

Carlos Delacruz did a fantastic job replacing my toilet, shut-off valves, and sink faucets that n my bathroom. After he took my order for the toilet, I changed my mind about the color, and he was so willing to change it to ensure I got the correct one for my bathroom. He was so polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The job was done perfectly and I am very happy to have my bathroom again! Thanks Carlos and Roth Home!

I had Justin come out to do an electrical project on my property (rerouting my well pump from the shop into the house). Justin was great! Got a quick estimated bid and was able to get the project done in couple hours! Highly recommend! Price was on the higher end, but much rather pay extra for reputable company and service!

Their service was professional from the first introduction to the last bit of clean up and explanations:) Everyone of their helpful technicians were timely, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient while working in 100 degree weather to get our new Heat pump up and running! Tayler came out to do a difficult home power back-up requiring multiple panel installs. He showed up and worked tirelessly to ensure the job was done before leaving. He was even able to solve an additional electrical need before leaving. He managed to get it all done in a single, albeit very long, day even though prior quotes from other companies suggested multiple days with multiple people. Thank you for your hard work Tayler, it turned out fantastic.

Both of the men in this detail was very professional. Gunther was the proud teacher of the other. And the other was willing to listen and learn from Gunther. They came they saw what I needed. They charged me very little and made me very happy. They got here faster than what you could’ve delivered a pizza. Thank you so much for a job well done.

I had a great experience working with Carlos Delacruz, of Roth Home. He contacted me the day after putting through my request for emergency services to repair a busted pipe in the ceiling of our home. He contacted me immediately upon finding the busted pipe & gave me a price quote, and indicated he could do the repair that day. After the repair, he turned the water back on & found a 2nd leak. A decision was discussed to return tge following day with a 2nd person that would be able to assist in inspection for further leaks, while one was turning the water on/off at the street (vacant house). The 2nd repair was made & we were assured no further leaks were found. Overall, Carlos was punctual, communicative, easy & pleasant to work with.

Brandon who fixed my electrical problem was very honest, curteous and completed the job in the time frame he told me. I shal definitely use Roth Home in the future if I need any such jobs done. Thank you for sending out a great guy who represented your business very well.

I had them come out to strap down my water heater, and they did a fabulous job. It was down quite quickly, and it was approved by the appraiser. I also want to acknowledge how wonderful a job LC Young did an absolutely fantastic job, not just installing the straps but working with a person in training, he was polite, kind, helpful understanding, and both gentlemen displayed great kindness, politeness, and friendlyness. I highly recommend LC Young and the other gentleman who was learning.

He promptly took photos, diagnosed the problem, and had it completely fixed within four hours of my initial call.

Brian Fields, came over and did a tuneup on our furnace. He also took the time to explain how my AC unit was actually a heat pump as well. He answered all my questions and educated me on how the system works. This was great customer service and I hope he comes back when we need Maintenance in the future

The electrician Jonathan Garfield was amazing he was very experienced and knowledgeable. His demeanor was sincere, kind and understanding. Both my brother and I were very grateful that he took the time to address all of our concerns and answered all of our questions competently and authoritatively. He was accompanied by an apprentice who shared the same qualities and they made quite a good team. Thank you for sending them.

Mr. Justin S. did an awesome some job installed the Tesla charger and an EV charger for my garage. He makes the working area clean and organized, also he did a very detailed installation for the project .I truly appreciated his time and work. Highly recommended!

Matt came out to inspect my garage doors and did an absolutely fantastic job. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the system. He took the time to explain what he was looking at, identified a couple of small issues before they became big ones, and made sure everything was operating smoothly before he left.

I have never had great experiences with people coming out and talking to me about my furnace before. Dawson came out and he was instantly calming and great. I thought the price was a little high but he did his best to work with me on it everything he could do. We went with it. The installers were here exactly at 8am Saturday went right to work they were done by 1030ish and my house had heat. Pleasant gentlemen. You may pay a lil more for this company vs a mom and pop but if you want peace of mind this company is the best and is worth every penny so far!!

The Roth Home technician, Avery McDaniel, arrived in a timely manner, and thoroughly explained the process he would use to clean the dryer duct system. After he was finished we spent time discussing what he found and how it was corrected. During the discussion I asked numerous questions about what other services were offered through Roth Home. He was very thorough about describing the available services.
As a home owner I have always wondered who to call to service plumbing, electrical, heating, and appliance issues. I've always felt I was "taking pot luck" on price and quality of service. Also, I'm always careful about who I'm willing to let into my home. This experience was my first time using Roth Home, and for future service needs I feel good about calling this business for maintenance and service of home repairs. The technician, Avery, made me feel comfortable with opening my front door to Roth Home employees.

Tayler Bell and Dustin were here for the day replacing some very ancient wiring in my home. They had quoted it as being a one-day job, which I thought unlikely. It seemed more a day and a half event, but they arrived early (on time) and went to work immediately. Taking only a half hour break for lunch, they worked until about 18:20 and finished all. Their work ethic was quite refreshing, I’ve not seen such in Salem for quite some time. Taylor displays a subtle but decidedly confident set of leadership skills. Both men were quite polite and mindful of my home. Taylor has an excellent set of communication skills. We were kept apprised of all progress and plans throughout the day. He was open to questions at all times and established a good rapport with us early and consistently. I’m retired some 25 years now and this was to have been a short compliment for work well done, but I find myself writing an employee performance review. He brought out the “headhunter” in me and I see elements of a young man ready for more. My compliments, he represents your company quite well. You’ve a decided asset there. Five stars on all counts.
