Michael Croom created a thoughtful design that included a wide variety of trees, shrubs, and plants, a beautiful paver patio, decorative rock beds that blend seamlessly with our existing drainage areas, and an impressive lighting package that really brings everything together in the evening.
What stood out most was Michael’s knowledge and attention to detail. He explained his plant selections and how the landscape will evolve over time, which made us feel confident in the overall vision. The installation team was professional, reliable, and kept the job site neat throughout the project.
The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Aurora Landscaping.

Yard maintenance by this company is head and shoulders above others I have used, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Kevin (Owner), Raul (foreman) and team were onsite for six weeks doing a massive landscaping that included demo of basically entire front and back yard, including existing hardscape. They then tackled the redo of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, grading, (including retaining wall construction, hill pathway construction, fountain install, and so much more.) They never missed a day, worked from 8 to 5 or 6 through rain and cold, turned my home into what I think is an amazing estate (design by Bethany Rydmark Landscaping). We chose Autumn Leaf for a $17k project because of their project designer. He was great, but no longer works there. We love the overall design, but we have had quite a few problems. The projected started 3-4months later than was planned. They buried (killed) a bunch our plants. A sprinkler line in the area they were working in was broken, but they said they did not break it and charged us. The polymeric sand doesn't stay put in all places and we have a loose paver stone. They were supposed to adjust all sprinklers, but we still have sections in our grass that doesn't get much water and dries out and turns brown, unless I hand water it. Once we paid the final payment, it'd take a combination of at least one email, phone and text message for the owner to respond to the ongoing issues. Now he is no longer getting back to us despite these things not being completely resolved. I would not recommend this company. The owner is very poor with communication and has not completed out the contract.

Kevin and the Autumn Leaf team were fantastic to work with on our backyard project, which included addressing drainage issues on a sloping lot, a new drip watering system, hardscaping, landscaping, and added fencing. The team showed up when they said they'd be there, were respectful of us and our neighbors, were efficient and friendly. The quality of the work is outstanding - one of the best company's I've worked with on home improvement. The owner, Kevin, is communicative and responsive and even came out at 8pm to fix a water leak we weren't able to handle ourselves. Our neighbors enjoyed watching the progress of our backyard transformation as much as we did and we get compliments regularly! I would recommend Kevin and Autumn Leaf Landscaping in a heartbeat.

I’ve been using Autumleaf’s weekly landscape services for a few years now. They are priced fairly and provide superior service. Their team members are professional and friendly. They go above and beyond (an understatement) when repairs or extra services are needed, and they’ve provided honest and solid advice on my landscaping questions over the years. Michael is always quick to respond and happy to help, even coming out one year with his sick kiddos in the truck to be sure my sprinklers got winterized before a freeze. He did it this year before I even thought about it, which is what reminded me that I should probably spread the word. ☀️ You won’t be disappointed if you choose to hire them for your yard care needs.

They never showed up for the appointment the day I was sent an email for instead they said they were overbooked so they changed the date to a different day and never even sent me a text or called to inform me of the situation. Then when I called the lady I spoke to was very cold and rude. I would never ever use them if I had a choice but it’s through my protection plan.

I reached out to Miller Brothers Heating & AC & Gas through Yelp because my air conditioner was only blowing warm air. I was impressed by how quickly they got back to me and sent a technician out the same day. It was really hot outside, so I was grateful for the fast response. Ezra, the technician, arrived right on time and got started right away. He quickly found out the thermostat was the problem and explained my options in a clear, honest way. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he suggested I get my existing thermostat replaced under its manufacturer warranty. He even set up the system to bypass the thermostat temporarily, so I could still use my AC by switching it on and off at the breaker until the replacement arrived. Ezra also took the time to show me how to connect the new thermostat once it got here. I really appreciated his helpful attitude and the effort he put into making sure I understood everything. As someone who owns several properties and works with a lot of HVAC companies, I can say these folks really stand out. Highly recommended for anyone needing AC or heating help!

terrence is awesome! he is friendly, professional, and honest. when we were selling our house in aurora, we needed to have our heater checked for a home inspection. the first technician from another big company told us we needed over a thousand dollars in repairs. wanting a second opinion, we contacted miller brothers heating & ac & gas, since our realtor recommended them. terrence came out, inspected our heater, and told us there was actually nothing wrong with it. he could've easily said there was a problem and charged us more, but he was upfront and honest. after moving into our new home, we called terrence again to check our heating system because the living room just wasn’t getting warm. he quickly figured out that a vent was closed—simple fix! he could have tried to sell us a new unit, but instead, he explained the real issue and took care of it. we really appreciate the honest service and will always use this company for any future heater repairs or maintenance.

i had a furnace inspection done by another company, and they said my heat exchanger was bad and i should replace the whole furnace. i wanted to double-check, so i called for a second opinion. melvin came out and was very detailed. he actually took the furnace apart to look at the heat exchangers and didn't find any cracks or rust. he also did a combustion test and checked for any carbon monoxide issues, but everything looked good. melvin even called the furnace manufacturer to ask about some features on my specific model, and he adjusted the gas pressure to match what the manufacturer recommends. he explained everything to me in simple terms so i could understand what was going on. the next day, i noticed the house wasn't heating well and the vents were blowing barely any warm air. i called and melvin got back to me within an hour, even though he was really busy that day. he came back and spent extra time figuring out the problem. turns out the gas pressure setting from the manufacturer was running the furnace too hot and causing it to shut off for safety. melvin fixed the setting and even wrote the correct pressure for my house on the furnace so the next technician knows what to do. another company tried to pressure me into buying a new furnace, but melvin really cared about making sure my heater was safe and working right, especially since i have a small baby at home. he went above and beyond to make sure everything was good, and now i trust this company for any heater repair or maintenance i need. i highly recommend them to anyone needing furnace help.

My heater stopped working in my apartment over the weekend. I called Miller Brothers Heating & AC & Gas and, even though they were busy, they made sure someone could come out as soon as possible. Brian showed up at my door in less than an hour after I called, which was amazing for a weekend! He quickly found a few loose wires and also noticed a problem with the wire going to my thermostat. He also found out my blower motor was failing. Once he got the go-ahead to replace the blower motor, the heat started working perfectly again. The new blower is much stronger, and I can really feel the difference in how well the warm air moves through my apartment. I didn't realize how weak the old blower was until now! I also let my apartment managers know about the great service, and they were so happy that they decided to add the company to their list of trusted vendors. I hope this helps more people in Aurora get the same great heater repair service!

They all did an incredible job. I also misremembered the name of the team leader for the installation. It was actually Ezra, not Tony. I apologize for the confusion. The most important thing is that the Miller Brothers HVAC & Gas team performed excellently.

when we noticed our furnace leaking in the coldest part of winter, with a newborn baby in the house, we reached out for help and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we got a response. melvin and brian, the techs who came to inspect our situation, arrived within the hour to assess the problem. once they determined that we required a new hvac system, they proceeded to evaluate and suggest the best options during the same visit. both melvin and brian were extremely professional and respectful. they took great care to move around the house without causing any disruption or damage. their efficiency and ability to keep to themselves was much appreciated. if faced with any future hvac issues, we would definitely turn to this service again. we highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable hvac services in aurora.

I got in touch with Miller Brothers HVAC & Gas after buying a new house to get the HVAC examined and some insulation added to the attic. Ezra showed up a few days after I called and pointed out a few issues that might be causing the system to run less efficiently. The following week, Terrence, Melvin, and Ezra showed up to improve the duct work and vents, shift the return vent from the floor to the wall, add insulation to the attic, and change the dryer duct. They were punctual, finished all the tasks and tidied up when they were done. They were extremely professional and made sure I understood what was being done; they even showed me pictures of the attic insulation that met my home's insulation standards. On the next working day, Ezra called and explained that a review of the work done revealed a duct in the bathroom hadn't been replaced, that same afternoon Terrence and Melvin showed up and replaced the overlooked duct work. I can't recommend miller brothers hvac & gas enough for all your HVAC and insulation needs - they are honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their customers' needs.

After receiving my latest bill for the furnace oil for my hot water usage during the summer...I realized the costs for the forthcoming winter would be astronomical. So, I reached out to Miller Brothers Heating & AC & Gas for quotations to replace my old system with a Daikin Fit heat pump and air handler. The plan was to use my current oil-burning furnace for both hot water and as an emergency heat source for the heat pump. From the initial visit by Brian to discuss my requirements to the myriad of questions I had before deciding to make the purchase, the experience was seamless. The installation crew arrived at 7am and the work was so professionally done, tidy, and the final system looked as if it had always been there. I couldn't have been more pleased with Melvin and his team. Post-installation, they had to make 3 follow-up visits due to some issues I was having. Nothing was wrong with the system. They were always pleasant over the phone and Terrence, the technician who came over, was excellent. I'm hoping to save thousands just this year. Their quote was the best I received. As of now, I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to have Miller Brothers Heating & AC & Gas handle this for me.
