I made an appointment on the online consultation request form. This was confirmed. I took time off work to make sure I was home. No one showed up. I called and the lady who answered the phone told me that the online appointment calendar is not followed and there was no appointment for me and they were planning to take it off their website!
I am appalled by this complete disregard for my time. I was planning on using Solatube because of the product reviews, however now I plan to look at other products because the customer service can only be better than this!

The team installed three solar tubes in our home. They were prompt, polite, responsive, efficient and left the place spotless. I would definitely use them again

Needed a new exhaust fan installed in my bathroom. They installed the fan and then told me that they could not wire it in. I spent $533 for the fan + install and another $233 for 15 minutes of an electricians work. They never informed me that one of the two workers was not an electrician . Very dissatisfied.

I purchased solar lights from Light Bender’s 6 years ago. I had a problem with one and notified the company. The owner came out the next day to review the situation and had it repaired within 3 hours. I highly recommend this company and love their product.

So very happy with their installation of 2."sun tunnels" came on time, very friendly , cleaned up afterwards. Love the amazing light brought into our interior bathrooms !

I wanted to wait a couple of months after installation of 3 solatubes and 1 solar attic fan before I posted a review so that I could see how they worked on sunny or cloudy days. I had the solatubes with night lights installed in the kitchen, entry way and my windowless laundry room. I have never had to turn on the light since in my laundry room since the installation. No more not being able to see when heading thru the laundry room to the garage! I do not hear the attic fan at all. They were on time, cleaned up their mess (even asked to go into the backyard as some debri blew off the roof during installation) and completed work ahead of schedule. I am so happy with all the extra light! Thank you.

Excellent experience from consultation, acceptance, skylight order, and completion of project within two weeks. Rather than repair our leaking 18 year old open type Velux skylight, we chose a Velux fixed model (FS) with solar shade. With the 30% tax credit, the new unit costs only a little more than repairing the old skylight.

Light Benders not only did a fantastic job, they completed the work within a week from my first contact. I had the darkest living room and now I can read without needing artificial lighting. You can see the difference in the photos. Same basic view looking toward the closed blind. Night and Day! Great people to work with, too.

LightBenders has helped bring the sun into our 1950's home - they were professional, respectful, and responsive. While there was a glitch with the initial installation, they promptly looked into the issue, took care of it soon after, and made sure we were satisfied with the end result. We had two light tubes installed in the fall. We love them. This winter, we noticed a water leak pooling under the paint in our upper wall, below where the tube light was placed. We instantly thought it had to be a leak graviating from the new installment. Light Benders came out w/in hours of the call, got up on the roof and did a full inspection. Turns out, the leak was coming from the electrical service line that is in between the tube light and the wall. I called to thank them for coming out so quickly and to apologize for having them check their work, which was perfectly installed. I asked if there was a charge for the time they spent looking for a leak and they said, no charge. This company rocks. Super friendly, professional and good pricing. They care about their work and treat their clients right. I know now that if anything were to happen, I can trust them to take care of us. I Can't recommend them enough.
