Our kitchen remodel project with Resolution stayed try to timelines, there was excellent communication and they listened to our needs.

Our experience with Resolution was excellent. Clear communication and follow through during the whole project. High quality work as well. We were highly satisfied and would definitely call them again for another project.

We had a roof corbel on our old home fall off unexpectedly. It wasn't the sort of thing I thought could happen, it seemed very concerning and important to fix quickly, but I wasn't even sure what kind of professional to call for that. I'd seen Resolution Construction recommended by a friend online so I called them first to see what they said. Jimmy was super helpful and was, surprisingly, able to come out the next day to assess the situation. They were able to identify the problem with the corbel, inspected all around the roof, and noted the same imminent problem with a handful of other corbels. Ultimately, they replaced several corbels, getting custom made replacements that look just perfect, and install them in a better way than originals.

They were also able to add on work while here for that, exterior painting and some small roof repairs (including a roof issue we weren't aware of), resolving some issues that had been let go for too long. Jimmy was great at communicating everything clearly and was patient with all my questions. It was great to have someone trustworthy in a situation that was frankly more anxiety-inducing than the average home repair issue during an already stressful time mid-pandemic.

They were prompt and on-time with the work schedule, communicated when there were delays, did excellent work, were respectful of the property/space and everything was properly cleaned up and finished when the work was done.

Our prior experience with Contractors was a nightmare. Vague timelines, irresponsible project money management, poor work ethic, poor workmanship and an abandoned job.
Jimmy, Ivan and Freddy, along with their Subcontractors were incredible.
We called them in to fix the abandoned remodel of our bathroom. Came to find out that the prior unscrupulous contractor used incorrect and subpar materials.
The Resolution crew listened to our concerns and were very enthusiastic about providing a positive experience.

We knew the project timeline before it was started, with a commitment, in writing, to be done on or before an indicated date.

We knew the scope of work, and the price, and were able to lock in a guarantee against cost over runs.

We were provided daily updates, and a website where we could review that days work in pictures. The pictures were taken throughout the day, giving a tangible/viewable progress report.

At the end we had two or three minor adjustment requests, and they were received and responded to the same day that they came up. (very minor things, moving a cabinet to a more desirable location, etc.)

I would not hesitate to use Resolution Construction again.

We reached out to Resolution Construction for our bathroom renovation project as we were wanting to update our master bathroom. Jimmy and his team came in right away with a reasonable quote and were fully transparent of their timeline and costs the whole way through. They did an amazing job and we so appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and thoroughness. We have worked with several contractors in the past, and we can honestly say Jimmy is the best of the best.

Before we signed on to work with Jimmy, we told him that we had a hard end-date. Jimmy created a timeline that would see our project finish three weeks prior to that deadline and he kept his word and stuck to it. We have never had a contractor so punctual and so organized; we were blown away. We will definitely be calling Resolution Construction for our next home project later this year.

Resolution Construction did our kitchen remodel. They did a good job listening to us and really were able to help us realize our vision. They had good communication and weee always willing to talk about things and fix things when necessary. The kitchen looks great—it is just what we wanted. We would recommend them.

As the last contractor to help restore our kitchen after damage left from a burst plumbing pipe due to freezing, we finally felt confident we were in good hands. Up to that point we had a harrowing 6 months scrambling for any contractors willing to tackle jobs needed to get to a place for the final kitchen restoration. Resolution Construction took on the job and worked with our insurance to get the best possible return value. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

and backsplash, a complete kitchen remodel. The flooring and finishes of the cabinets coordinate beautifully.

After deciding to replace our flooring and have some painting done this summer, we decided to use a general contractor to coordinate the work so we didn't have to research and choose painters and flooring people on our own. I learned about Resolution Construction through a local Facebook group. They are a fairly young company, but based on their social media engagement and website they seemed competent and professional; so, I contacted them for an estimate. I am glad I did.

Kat was a pleasure to work with in getting the initial meeting arranged -- very professional and friendly. When Jimmy arrived to discuss our needs, he was very personable and knowledgable. He listened to our requests, asked important questions, offered suggestions, took pictures and measurements, and explained how things would work and what unknowns we need to be aware of if/when work commences. By the time he left we were confident he could handle the job and would stand behind his work. He sent us the proposal in a timely manner with a detailed description of work and estimated costs. We chose to proceed with Resolution for our remodel work.

From the moment we chose to proceed, Jimmy kept us well informed as he began ordering materials and lining up subcontractors. Once work began he would send us frequent updates on progress including pictures of the work in progress. His updates and engagement kept us abreast of everything going on including some unforeseen issues that he and his subcontractors handled wonderfully.

The work was finished on-budget and within the defined timeframe. We are very happy we chose Resolution Construction to oversee our project, and we plan to use them on some future projects we need done.

However, when we invited Resolution Construction for an estimate, it was a refreshing change that turned our initial discouragement into optimism. They were completely transparent about the entire process from signing the contract, design, and through the build.

As the project commenced, it became evident that Resolution Construction had exceptional business practices and a well-thought-out approach to our unique project. They maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. When unexpected issues arose, Resolution was completely transparent, working with us to find the best solutions and adjusting the schedule as needed to keep us informed.

Living through a remodel isn't easy, but Resolution Construction and all their subcontractors were a pleasure to work with, making the process as smooth as possible. The final result—a two-story addition and kitchen remodel—turned out absolutely perfect. Resolution's workmanship, high standards, and attention to detail resulted in a finished product beyond what we could have dreamed of. Without Resolution Construction, this project would never have come to fruition, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a home remodel project of any size.

Fantastic job from quote to finish. This was not something I was planning on getting however when I had another company check out my AC and said it needed to be replaced I decided to get a few quotes. Went onto Home Depot’s website and about 20 mins later I got a call to schedule for a person to come out and give me a quote. The sales person was thorough, walked me through all of my options and was even not bothered by my Bernese getting excited about making a new friend. The quote for the set was on the lower end of was estimates were I was looking at so felt very comfortable especially since they use Carrier which is a top brand. Following week I get a text with tracking on the service install person coming to my house. Would highly recommend and very happy I got this done before summer!

Great job by the contractor. However, I was told that I will receive documentation but had not seen any info.from home Depot. Reason for not having 5 stars.

I’m writing this review based on my experience with Romanoff Renovations’ scheduling and customer service, not the installation crew themselves.The evening before my installation, I was given a scheduled arrival window of 12:00–3:00 PM. The installers did not arrive until after 4:00 PM, and I was unable to leave my home until after 7:30 PM. This delay caused significant disruption: I had to cancel a doctor’s appointment, reschedule my children’s sports drop-off and pickup, and rearrange work commitments. As a single parent, this was an extreme inconvenience.I do not believe this reflects on the installers—they were professional, efficient, and clearly skilled. They did an excellent job once they arrived. The issue lies with Romanoff’s scheduling and customer service processes, which appear to underestimate job duration and overpromise arrival windows.When I contacted customer service, the response lacked empathy and accountability. I was simply offered the option to reschedule, which would have required taking another full day off with no confidence the situation would be handled differently.I own and operate a company with over 30 installation technicians and a dedicated service department. I would never place my team—or a customer—in a situation where expectations were so poorly managed. The waste of my time was unacceptable, and I believe a monetary adjustment or discount is warranted given the disruption caused.While I appreciate the installers and their professionalism, this experience has made it unlikely that I would use Romanoff Renovations or Home Depot installation services again. In the future, I will choose a smaller, more accountable provider.

Really good service and smart people. I used their sub-contract services and referrals on an expensive home and it turned out really well! Other than Precision Countertops, I would recommend their recommendations and people.
