From the start they sent a gentleman to survey the property and discuss our options. He was clearly very knowledgeable and competent. He answered all our questions in a satisfactory manner. He got back to us in a timely manner with tree different options we chose the cheapest option. They started the next Monday. The crew was friendly, courteous and professional. Unfortunately, upon opening up the roof, they discovered it was in much worse shape than initially anticipated. Within hours, they got back to us with a recommendation and a bid and we trusted and agreed to it. They didn’t stop working until completion. I could see that they were doing it the way they said they would in the bid. When they finished they left the property clean and picked up. All and all, I am very satisfied with the job they did. Not only would I recommend Green O Construction, I plan on hiring them again in the next few years to fix som other roof sections we have.
