I have a home that is showing regular signs of aging ( just like me!). I’ve lived here 51 years and live my home so I want to take care of it. Val came out to give me some estimates and I was impressed with his skills and knowledge. Bonus points for being such an all around nice guy! I have met with several contractors and discussed many projects with lots of bids. Val is someone I would hire with full trust and confidence. I was really impressed by Val’s professionalism and responsiveness in addressing an issue with the deck Phoenix had built for us. If you aren’t 100 percent happy with their work, they will do everything they can to make it right, and they will put in the time and effort to make sure you walk away a happy customer. This is hard to find in contractors!! We love our new deck and can’t wait to enjoy it this summer!
