Wow! I was so excited to try Mighty Maids for the first time and was blown away by the straightforward pricing and the manager, Leanna's, flexibility. At our first cleaning, not only did my home look amazing, but I was thrilled that they also used pet-friendly products. We have two needy and sensitive dogs, and throwing a ball every so often can be part of the experience. :) They handled that with professionalism and grace. Highly recommend!

Joel is friendly, professional, and listens to your cleaning needs. He cleaned my greasy kitchen cabinets and several windows. He thoroughly vacuumed the living room carpet and mopped the kitchen floor. He even took the time to replace a light bulb on a high ceiling fan. Everything was done thoroughly and with care. I liked that I was able to customize my cleaning needs for that day. I highly recommend him.

I really appreciated the call to say they were on the way for the appointment. These guys are a class act! Great communication, fair price, and quality workmanship. Glen the owner came out to review the scope of work, Adam/Jacob did the work, which included carpet stretching, carpet/wood floor transitions, reduce baseboard/carpet gaps from previous installer, install carpet patch, and steam cleaning.

I am very happy with the service I recieved from Carpet Surgeon. I had the carpet in our 5th wheel steamed cleaned and it ended up looking like. I also had the carpet in our home done and I can't say enough about how happy we are with the results. Will never use anyone else!

All i have to say is "Ralph" who just stretched my carpet was amazing. Super friendly!!! Highly recommended this place for anyone who need their carpet to be stretched. If you are planning to get it stretches get an estimate because it is FREE. That way you can fix all the issues all at once.

When the person scheduled to perform my service got sick, the owner of the company came out and did the work himself rather than have to reschedule. He did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend Carpet Surgeon to anyone.

I had Carpet Surgeon repair dog chewed carpet and then on a later date, clean all the carpet in our home. The owner came and did the quote and 2 different technicians did the repair and cleaning. They were prompt, professional, and delivered all that they promised. I recommend them highly!

Carpet stretching. Great service and good value

Carpet Surgeon is very professional and did an amazing job cleaning our older area carpet and stairwells. They cleaned the black soil along the wallboards in one room. They removed squeaks in the floorboards in several rooms and depressions in the carpet from the previous owners’ furniture. If you need more than a quick shampoo, Carpet Surgeon is the service to call. They will give you an itemized estimate for the work you want done.

They both did amazitjobs! Jr. Is fast and professional and he explained the process and treatment. His many years of experience was evident by the way he described what he saw in the carpet prior to cleaning. I would definitely use their service again. Amazing value for the work that they do!

I run a local cleaning service and am willing to admit when I'm over my head. We had a client with some hardwood flooring issues that we couldn't solve on our own.

After exhausting our own knowledge we were referred to Glen and Carpet Surgeons and have never had better customer service. The office staff were super friendly and understanding of the problem over the phone.

Glen the owner came out the next day to access the floors in person. He arrived promptly, with a friendly attitude, and answered all my questions with a wealth of knowledge.

While I have yet to actually see their cleaning in action, I can only imagine how good the end results would be based off my first impression with their staff.
