This is my first-time using MAIDS BY TRADE and I am over the moon delighted with their professionalism, attention to detail, and DRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE! Melisa scheduled my appointment and confirmed the appointment the day before via email. Raz and his assistant called 30 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival they requested a detailed account of each room to be cleaned. They reviewed the objectives and worked feverously until completion. Raz then asked that we review each room to ensure we were satisfied with the cleaning. They brought their own cleaning items, dusted all of my shutters, fans, light fixtures, removed all of the kitchen countertop items to clean counters, cleaned stove and removed the stove knobs, and even cleaned my microwave! The bathtub and showers were left shining as well as the fixtures. I am so pleased with the service that I have booked the same team for once a month for the next 5 months. My mother is a 60-year-old Arthritis patient who lives alone. Her disease restricts her ability to do chores around the house. She can barely manage to cook her own food. As she loves keeping her house very clean she finds it very frustrating when she is unable to do it.

After looking around in my neighborhood, I found a door hanger from Maids by Trade. After spending some time checking their website and their membership options, I chose signing up for recurring services for my mom’s house. I have to say it was the best decision I made for my mom. They are always on time and they always leave my mom’s house smelling fresh and clean.

The cleaners are exceptionally good at their job and even help my mom with her daily chores when they are around. I’m happy to say that my mom is a very satisfied with Maids by Trade and I am relieved to have hired them. Kudos to Maids by Trade.

Wow! My entire 2b2b condo is POLISHED! It’s like brand new apartment. I'm very impressed. The quality of the cleaning is amazing. They made sure that they paid attention to even the minute details.
In a quick amount of time, they crevasses in between couch/chair cushions, kitchen cabinets, toaster crumbs, blinds, window sills, absolutely spotless glass showers. They even cleaned and wiped the inside of my fridge.

I recently moved to a two-bed room apartment. The decision to move houses was very sudden so I had very little time to clean my new apartment before moving in as I had to pack my stuff and move out of my old apartment. That’s when I heard about Maids by Trade from my colleague at work. She spoke really high of their service and their
professionalism.

Two women came to my house who were very friendly and professional. I showed them what areas needed a good cleaning and they proceeded without any additional guidance or supervision.

Although I was skeptical at first, I have to admit that this is by far the best cleaning company I’ve hired. I was so relived and happy to move into a clean new apartment. The reviews about the company both on their website and other review sites truly represent what Maids by Trade is about: Great customer service, quality house cleaning, and peace of mind for their clients.

I totally plan on using Maids by Trade again, once I get settled.

This company did a good job of cleaning off the needles from my Cedar shake roof. However, when Savannah promised to come back and do a soft wash on my roof, I never heard from her.
The cost they were asking for the soft wash in addition to the tree dropping removal was reasonable. After leaving two or three voicemails, I never heard from the company again. If you want a partially complete completed job on your roof, then use this company. But if I had to do it again, I would definitely not use them.

recently had Beaverton Gutter Cleaning take care of my home in Beaverton and another property in Portland. They handled gutter cleaning, moss removal, roof vent cleaning, and some minor roof repairs. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and explained what they were doing along the way. They removed a lot of moss from the roof, cleared all the gutters, flushed the downspouts, and made sure the vents were clean and working properly.

They also found a small roof issue during the inspection and repaired it before it turned into a bigger problem. Everything was cleaned up when they finished, and they even showed before and after photos of the work. Both properties look much better now and the gutters are flowing perfectly.

If you need gutter cleaning, moss removal, vent cleaning, or roof repairs in the Beaverton or Portland area, I would definitely recommend them. Reliable service and very thorough work.

Beaverton gutter cleaning came and cleaned my gutters and roof with fair and affordable pricing! They also have a great team and pointed out issues on my roof. They are not salesy and fair. I like supporting the local guys, and they were very fair and transparent.
