They did the most amazing job cleaning our house when we moved. I had thought I had confirmed our appointment, but I dropped the ball for this. When I contacted them day of. They were very polite and called back saying they were fully booked but could fit us in after hours. They got it all done when I needed them. Their cleaning job was extremely thorough and made it sparkle!!! Thanks for the wonderful job.

Jenny and her crew have been cleaning for me and my family nearly a decade. I’ve never had one complaint, she has always taken care of my family of five with care! She even dog sat for our furry family when we traveled! There is no one I trust more in our home. Now with James and sometimes D’Angelo too it’s a family affair! Our families have grown up together and really don’t know what I would’ve done without her for all these years! Well actually I do know,,, I would have lived in a kid/animal nightmare. But nonetheless did not because Jenny has always taken care to clean after this busy family of mine giving us a clean organized happy home! Thanks so much from all of us in the Ponti Shea House. Jenny used to clean my home many many years ago when we lived in a different house. After moving and doing it ourselves for a few years, we decided we desperately missed her and looked her up again. I didn't even bother calling around--she's always been my favorite. I'm so glad she's still doing it and is willing to drive to North Beaverton too!

We've been customers of Sparkle Express for years, and can't recommend them highly enough! They do monthly standard cleanings at our home, but Jenny and team have also helped us with deep clean/move out cleanings at a rental property. The quality, value, and professionalism are outstanding. Our home feels brand new every time they finish!

Jenny and James did absolutely amazing! We have two huskies and they were able to remove majority of the dog hair with their deep cleaning service. Our house sparkled! They told me when they were going to show up and they showed up on time! They were super professional! I have no complaints. Will definitely use them again!

Jenny and James have been fantastic! They come every two weeks and it’s been such a stress reliever for us. Not only do they do great work and leave our home sparkling, but they are so easy to communicate with and are always quick with responses. I’ve been back and forth between working from home and going into the office and they’ve been very accommodating with my fluctuating schedule and easily work around it. This is a wonderful family owned business, they’ve got my recommendation.

Can’t recommend Sparkle Express enough! Jenny and James come every other week to clean for us and it’s always amazing how much of a relief it is when they’re done. We keep up on daily wipe downs but Sparkle does all of our deep cleaning, our house smells and looks amazing when they’re done. They are professional, communicative, and always do a really thorough job. Having them clean on a scheduled basis gives us the opportunity to spend more time together as a family, and to enjoy a cleaner home. Highly recommend them!

We’ve been using Sparkle for about 6 months now and can’t recommend them enough. Jenny and James are both so personable and professional people, we really enjoy having them in our home and getting to chat when we can. Aside from being excellent humans, this company does an excellent job. We have 2 children under the age of 5 and all the accompanying mess that comes with them. I don’t want to bring them home after James and Jenny have been here! Our house looks and smells amazing every month; they notice and reset our house in ways I just don’t have the time or eye for during this season of life! We appreciate the quality of cleanliness they uphold to as well as the respect for our space. The communication is wonderful leading up to appointments as well as while they’re in our home. The team at Sparkle Express has been cleaning our home for nearly 2 months. They started off with a deep clean and have maintained it with regular biweekly visits. I’ve been impressed each time with how clean our home feels after they leave and how quickly they get it that clean. They truly are efficient and experts at what they do.

As I prepared for guests this week, in between our regular cleanings, I did a quick dust. I am happily shocked that after running my cloth over the whole house, my cloth doesn’t even look like it was used. Just proves how thorough they are!

The team does a great job, I have 3 indoor pets and 1 is a golden lab who sheds A LOT. They are awesome!! I have used them for over 14 years, and will continue to do so!!
