Juan and his team did a nice job transforming our backyard landscape. We had specific plant preferences, and Juan was patient in accommodating our requirements. The crew was hardworking and delightful to converse with throughout the project. Our yard has been beautifully enhanced with new slabs, and we're eagerly anticipating the growth of the newly planted trees.

Juan and his team are just outstanding!

They have transformed our backyard from just a patch of grass to a beautiful garden with stone pathways, a custom concrete and steel water fountain, a sitting wall, and fire pit. In the front yard, they created a fantastic sitting area surrounded by plantings that allows us to enjoy the sunset and meet our neighbors.

Juan is a landscape designer with an artist's eye. He is a joy to work with throughout the whole process. He and and his team do great work for a great price that you will be delighted with.

We could not be happier with our backyard installation that was completed October 2019 by Creekscape Design. Juan was an excellent project manager and really took our vision and made it a reality. He/team is very easy to work with, responsive, and flexible. The team was professional and kept the areas as clean as possible. The work they do looks very clean and professional. I would strongly recommend Creekscape to anyone who is considering them for a project.

December 2024 update:

We used Creekscape Design again for another project and continue to be pleased with the work Juan and his team do.

They not only do a great job delivering on the design, they start when they say they will and they wrap up when they say they will. It seems hard to find companies who can do that these days.

And they are kind and friendly and patient with all of my questions! We still highly recommend working with this team.

We are very happy with the hardscaping work Juan and his team did for us recently! I literally look out into our backyard every day and am thrilled with the results.

We were in desperate need of better grading, drainage, and mud management with our two dogs. The biggest issue was that our grass had stopped growing, despite our best efforts. The lack of sun/increased shade throughout the year, the rain of course, and eight paws running through the yard left our backyard a large mudpit. And because the grass stopped growing, the ground had hardened, forcing even more water to run towards our house, flooding our garage.

Juan was amazing - he listened to all of our needs and recommended pavers and artificial grass along with fixing the grading and drainage. His team was incredibly punctual and professional - and thoughtful! For example, ensuring our temporary fencing was replaced each night to keep the dogs in and helping us move our trash cans on trash day. Above and beyond.

I had interviewed two other companies - one would only give me a quote for design work (and in the quote literally reiterated the requirements I had given them - no indication of what the solution might be) and the other quote seemed high and was hard to envision.

We really loved working with Juan - he is very professional and down-to-earth. You can tell he really cares about each project. With Creekscape, there were no design fees which I greatly appreciated.

When the project was complete, I could envision the family gatherings we will have here now. And after several weeks of rain, I can happily report I haven't had to clean one muddy paw! And there is no sign of water in our garage.

You won't find a company more knowledgeable or passionate about what they do. We were just looking for a retaining wall for our front yard, but then Juan designed a whole new front yard for us when we found out we were both mutually interested in native plants! Juan is very quick to reply to emails (like same day), is detailed oriented, and really knows his stuff. His crew's work is impeccable. They were incredibly efficient, organized, and left nothing no trace that they were there when they were done. We're thrilled with the results as are the bees and hopefully the butterflies next spring. Juan said we could probably even get certified as a native yard. Even after the project was completed this past summer, Juan continues to be receptive and available to us for questions (via email) as we get to know our new yard and it's native inhabitants.

I contacted Creekscape Design to install a paver patio and pathway in the front of my home. Juan and Carlos were very responsive and showed up exactly as promised to review the site and provide an estimate. Making the agreement to proceed and schedule the start of the job went quickly and smoothly. Once the work began, I was very impressed by the skill and attention to detail of Raul and Samuel, the fellows who handled the job. They were both very pleasant to work with and were attentive to answering any questions I had, and to patiently explaining any points of decision that were needed. I am very happy with the completed work and have received many positive comments from neighbors and people just passing by and stopping to admire. I would definitely use Creekscape again and highly recommend them for any landscaping project.

Working with Creekscape for our front and back yard projects was a wonderful an beautiful experience. From the design of the project with Juan to the execution of the vision with Rigo, Carlos and Kevin was professional, courteous and consistent. The hardscape is truly custom and extraordinarily built and each plant, from the trees to the flowers were planted with care and consideration for the future growth. We appreciated that the same crew stayed on our project from start to finish for consistency and communication. The crew stayed until the job was complete with no gaps in services. Today, I had Al and his team out for a significant yard overhaul. He had himself and 6 other hard workers that knocked out the project completely. They know their plants. Al was naming them all, telling me when things should have been pruned and why certain plants looked sad and how to fix them. His whoke team was respectful and went above and beyond. I'm thankful to be one of their weekly clients.

Fixed my sprinkler system. Good folks.

Called beforehand, explained the problem, i.e., extract broken bolt in my STIHL blower. Older guy in small engine repair shop, for no apparent reason, was short, curt, and rude. I was very polite, and to the point. Without asking, wouldn't give me an estimate, other than $75.00 per hour, without answering my question, "about how long it would take?". When the younger very cordial young man attempted to extract the bolt, the old guy abruptly said, “we can't do it today”. Senility? Racist? Just having a bad day? IDK, just wasn't polite by any measure of the term.

Maybe it was a stroke of good luck. I went out and bought the bolt extraction tool myself ($12.99), and took me as little as 20 minutes.

My advice? Unless you're directly working with the young mechanic, don't waste your time. And good luck with parking. Found the only place to park, then was told “The Owner Parks there”, and to move to another location. Never Again!
