I want to give a special thanks to the crew members who came out and cleaned the roof and gutters of our small commercial buildings. They were polite and professional. The kind of hard to find people who go beyond the highest expectations to leave you impressed. Our roof was completely covered in moss. Now it literally looks like we had a roof replacement. We are beyond pleased with the results.

Wow - that was easy.

I reached out to them via their online form on Saturday (to request our gutters getting cleaned out), had a time and price (Between $200 and $300 for a fairly complex job) confirmed by Sunday, scheduled to be completed on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, the two man crew arrived and flew through the job. They arrived on time, were pleasant in our brief interactions, did a great job, and left the job site spotless.

Hired for moss removal, treatment, and gutter cleaning. Communication is quick and they are very responsive. We had selected a few companies with high reviews give estimates but I ultimately went with the most responsive as I feel communication is key.

Very communicative on estimate date as well as on project date. I had some follow-up questions after project completion as we have actually never had moss growth before until we skipped a year and a half of maintenance due to the pandemic and some other things popped up. I received a reply immediately and it was informative!

Absolutely the best place you can go for this. A different roofing company just wanted to sell me a new roof. I didn't need a new one. Pacific Diligent Services inspected my roof, cleaned the moss, put down anti-moss stuff... Everything. All in a very timely manner and for a very fair price. Someday down the road if I need moss removal again I'll absolutely be calling them. They are fantastic.

I recently had my roof cleaned by Pacific Diligent Services for my 1500 sq ft house in Aloha, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They did an excellent job cleaning the roof in early March. Two workers spent from 11 am to almost 4 pm on the task, and we were charged about 40% less than what another well-known local roof cleaning company quoted.

Regarding communication, I saw some reviews mentioning that they don't always pick up the phone. However, I believe this is because they are saving on labor costs to offer lower prices for their services. If they are not available by phone, they are very quick to respond to emails, which worked well for me.
