Clearview cleaned the windows- interior and exterior- at our apartment building today. The windows look like new! They were right on time, professional, and very efficient. Can’t wait to have them back to clean our gutters now that we know how great they are!

What a pleasure to work with the crew from Clearview Advance. We had delayed window cleaning for several years because of COVID. So they had an extra dirty job to do. They got right to work. And their attention to detail was very noticeable. The windows sparkled when they were done! They truly care about doing a good job. Will definitely hire them again!

After calling several other area businesses and receiving a return call from only one of them to let me know that they weren't even "scheduling estimates at this time", I received a call back on the same day from Clearview AND he also came out to give me an estimate that same evening after he got done with his other jobs for the day. He gave me a written quote immediately for all requested work, which seemed reasonable. I planned to get a second quote to compare as is usually recommended, but then decided to just hire the only company willing to even communicate with me. I'm SO GLAD I did!
Balachi and his crew were able to start work within 2 weeks of my request. They arrived right on time and worked hard all day to clean my roof/ gutters and exterior windows, and power washed my fence and deck. Balachi was very communicative throughout the job. Due to damp weather, he returned a week later to finish the job of repairing/replacing old rotting boards on the fence and staining the fence and deck. Again, they did a great job and worked hard in 90+ degree afternoon heat. My fence and deck look great! I would hire them again in a second and highly recommend this great team for any exterior cleaning and maintenance!

We had just over two weeks to prepare our house for sale, a lot of work to do, and these guys did almost everything, including painting the entire interior of the house and some carpentry. They also arranged with friends and associates for landscaping and carpet cleaning. If there was anything that needed to be done, they took care of it, on time and on budget. One of the best experiences I have had with contractors and I have worked with more than a few over the years. And incidentally, our house was listed late on a Friday, we got seven offers over the weekend and it sold for $47,000 more than the listing price. It's an understatement to say I was happy with their work and I would recommend them to anyone, and use them again if the need came up.

The team at Clearview Advance showed up on time, performed gutter cleaning, outside window washing and a roof treatment for moss. Respectful of the property while performing work, cleaned up nicely and followed up to ensure service met our expectations. I felt their prices were fair for the work performed. From the moment, I emailed them for a price quote on SOLAR PANEL WASHING . I was impressed with their fast response and appointment arrival punctuation. The pricing was super reasonable. Malachi was great to work with. They quickly got me a bid that I accepted. They showed up on time and went to work. They cleaned all the outside windows of our two story office and adjoining three story apartments. They had not been cleaned for seven years that I know of so they were beyond filthy. They meticulously cleaned them all taking extra time due to their condition.
They now look new and I have heard from many happy employees. Malachi checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied. They also provide other services I will take advantage off.

These guys were amazing! They showed up right on time, went to work on the windows and power washing, doing an awesome job on both. My windows sparkle and they were able to get stains off the outside of my house that I couldn't scrub off, without any damage to the paint underneath. They were really nice to work with. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family... and they do house cleaning as well.

We hired Balachi and his crew to clean the insides and outsides of our windows, storm windows, the track between them, and the screens. They worked together with 2 people outside and 1 inside to dismantle, clean, and re-install the storm windows. They were very cordial and efficient. When we first looked through the living room window we thought they had forgotten to re-install the screens – we couldn’t see them. But, then we realized they were just that clean! Our windows sparkle now and we will definitely hire ClearView again.

I am VERY pleased with the job these folks did on our windows. We were able to book a convenient appointment, they arrived on time, took just about exactly the amount of time they estimated, the price was fair, the work was very well done, and they were super nice throughout. I will definitely use them again, and for some of the other things they offer as well.

I called Clearview Advance to clean some very tall windows that were absolutely impossible for me and my husband to clean. We ended up deciding to hire them to clean all second floor windows from the outside and the tallest windows (20ft.) on the inside, the window screens and the gutters as well.
I must say that I was very happy with their service. The cleaning was professional and courteous and we even got some advice regarding our roof and gutters. The pricing was reasonable. I would gladly hire them again.

The Clearview company was amazing ! I needed someone quickly because another company cancelled on me last minute. They were so efficient , easy to work with and did a fabulous jobs. Very pleased with Balachi and his crew. They did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters and windows. We have a huge Doug fir tree that drops a lot of debris on our house and they were very thorough cleaning everything out of our gutters. Everything turned out great. They are timely, friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again. It’s nice to have a company do the windows and gutters at the same time too rather than hiring two different companies.

The team did a beautiful job on my windows even though they are double pane/older/with screens. It is wonderful to see the sun shine in again! Everyone was very nice and professional and respectful of my home and I enjoyed working with them: I highly recommend this company!
