I called Global Quality Heating and Cooling for an estimate to replace our AC unit. Calin was immediately responsive and came out the very next day. He was able to schedule the installation immediately for the following week. Calin and Sam did a GREAT job! They left everything very clean and tidy. Couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. I had a faulty furnace and scheduling the appointment was very easy and accommodating with my work schedule. The technician diagnosed and fixed the issue with my furnace quickly. The estimate for the repairs was also clear and transparent. I will be a repeat customer for my other heating related needs.

We had a good experience working with Global. They removed our old dirty oil furnace and replaced it with a clean extended capacity heat pump. They took care of the state rebates for us and was able to give us a great system that was reasonably priced.
