I'm very happy to write this positive review about Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW. It was refreshing to do business with someone who knows how to do a good job, takes pride in their work and has an easy, laid back manner. I had a problem with my blower motor not working correctly and consequently my air conditioning was inoperative. This occurred on 7/16/23. The next day I called Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW to schedule an appointment and was told it would probably be at least 4-5 days before they could see me, which was what I expected. The receptionist said she would call me back after she had a chance to talk to Rob. Much to my delight, Rob was working in my area and said he could stop by after he finished his current job. A few hours later, Rob was at my house, diagnosed the problem, miraculously had the necessary parts with him and repaired my HVAC system. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW.

Update - 6/20/24
Well, my heat pump system had a problem and stopped providing air conditioning. I called Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW (ACHCNW) for an appointment and they were able to see me in two days. Nick diagnosed the problem, gave me the option to repair the system or replace it. I opted to replace it given the heat pump was 20 years old. They squeezed me into their schedule three days later and replaced my heat pump. I am very grateful to Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW for their prompt, professional service. I highly recommend them!

Quick response to our no heat call in February. New furnace installed two days later. Mason & Daniel were professional and did a good job.

Nick was very courteous and professional. Showed up on the early side of the time window they gave me.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They helped us out of a bind day of when our heat went out. They had excellent communication and compassion along the way from the front desk support to the technician who came into our home. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Great Company.... I have worked with other HVAC companies and Absolute has been the best. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure the system is running correctly. You won't find anyone more dedicated to his customers. His team is excellent and know exactly what they are doing. I wouldn't use anyone but Absolute in the future. Highly recommend.

Quick easy install, very professional and a pleasure to work with!

Our furnace broke down during the last multi-day storm and the temp in our house was about 42 degrees, so we called Absolute Comfort. Robert came out to save us (on a Sunday no less). He was prompt and got the job done right away. He charged us what seemed like a very fair price for an emergency service call. We’d definitely use him again as well as recommending him here. Support a small business and get quality work done. It was definitely a much better deal than the “big name” services that comes up when you search “Emergency Plumbers Sandy”. Thanks Rob!

Highly recommend Absolute for all your HVAC needs. We had a problem with our AC when it was 90 degrees out and were out of the country on vacation. Rob made it over the same day we contacted him to take a look. We needed to replace it and it was scheduled shortly after. The guys and Rob were all very nice and professional. I would trust them to handle anything we may need in the future.

Great folks to do business with. The system was originally installed by a different company. We had problems with a couple of items but we worked together to fix the problems. Really appreciate the commutation as we worked through the problems together.

Absolute Comfort installed both a new air conditioner in 2018 and a replacement furnace in 2022. The have been extremely responsive and professional. Rob has always been empathetic and understanding to our expectations, I did check multiple vendors before I bought my units and Absolute had quality units and very fair and competitive prices. I would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling projects.

Rob and his crew are amazing! I have called on them twice now and could not ask for better service and workmanship. The first was for a new heating and air system. I had already scheduled with another company when Rob came out, qouted better equipment with a better warranty for THOUSANDS less. The second was for a gas line issue. These guys went WAY above and beyond to get my new range gas line adjusted and get my range in position. As always, they are on time, professional and a delight to work with! Rob and his team did an excellent installation of a three head mini split system for me. All aspects of the install went very well, and they did an excellent job of making it look very nice on the exterior And interiorof the house! I have worked with Rob on several projects, and I always found him to be very professional and to do extraordinary work! I would highly recommend!
